Nandos V&A is the worst branch I have eaten at. They do not care for customers and waiting’s time range from 45-90 minutes for a burger with a side. Sad
The Sanlam Reality app does not book movie tickets and the entertainer is always unavailable .
The new updates have made many changes ,For the worst ! I have to sign in every morning again (even thou sign in on start up option selected) the countless adds ! It’s really not as nice and user friendly as it used to be.
Standard bank new online system is terrible.I cannot log on to internet banking and keep getting an error.This is so frustrating
I am unable to get into my account to write a review.I have been waiting for an OTP for days now and it never comes.I have checked spam and my messages.
Dont take up internet with supersonic ,they take premiuns but dont deliver on internet ....There is always a network issue but I have signed up in 25 Oct 2022 and not been able to connect since ,I have called numerous times to get assistance but have never been assisted. This is a complete waste of a service.
A big shout out to the Clarins consultant as the Dischem in canal walk!!!!She is such a gem and assisted me with my purchase without hestitation.I went into Foshinin first and that consultant was so rude.I will definately go back to Charlene !!!!!Thank you!
We stayed here over off peak time and it was terrible,The can opener didn’t work they had very limited utensils and cookware.It was a wet and windy day and everything rattled the toilet door stretched every time we opened it ,The curtains both upstairs and downstairs were falling from the railing. They did bring us additional blankets but I cannot understand why we were not offered a better unit that had heating.I am currently sick due to the cold from the unit overall my trip was miserable.The pools were cold accept for an poutside pool the manager said he did not have control over the heat from the pools but I cannot imagine they don’t it’s a resort and they should be able to configure temperatures as needed.I think they warm up certain pools depending on occupancy and I would have liked for my kids to have swam in the smaller pools as opposed to the big one that was filled to capacity due to only one pool being heated.There attihtide toward guest are terrible they do not care to assist.The only thing that brough us comfort was the amazing mountain views.
finally got my card today after waiting a whole month for a garage card to be delivered,and standard bank issued the wrong card.I will rather go in and collect the card,I cannot understahd how they can get it wrong when I have a personal banker ,Im basically giving them the solution to my problem (after going into a branch and speaking to a consultant)what pathetic service they offer.Do yourself a favour and move banks ,What a waste of time and energy.
I ordered a new garage card with Standard Bank ,They make use of DSV .I waited a whole month to have my card delivered.I called in 5 times waiting for hours on the line to be assisted.They kept booking a slot but never stuck to the delivery times and so I had to continuously keep calling and re-booking.What a waste of time !!!!!I finally got my card today and standard bank issued the wrong card.I will rather go in and collect the card.
