I have been waiting now for a year fir a refund,after being to three Sars offices....Belville and Mitchells plain send me away after queeing for 2 hours saying they have reached their capacity,then this year I went to Paarl offices who helped me by submitting documents again,when I phoned today a week later I am being told my documents is blurry and I need to submit a photo of my id next to my face....SARS keeps asking for more documents,but I dont get my refund which I need very urgently
Very bad experience, tried to order food, asked the lady at the drive through to give me two minutes to give order and she rep**** with "I'm working with time"
Courier is not delivering my parcel,giving untrue reasons, I have had deliveries made by other companies to the same address without a problem, first they say I'm not home when no one was at my home to deliver,then they say incomplete address,when I phoned I held on for 38 min where a lady told me that she would follow up with the driver and they will get back to me the same day....I however received no feedback and no calls from the driver, this is unacceptable
I have made an immediate payment from my Nedbank account into my fnb account like I Usually do ,I made this payment on Monday 19/08/2024,my money us not in my account yet,I have phoned and spoken to 3 people who said this would be resolved,but still nothing.
Being billed for services which I did not request,after numerous phone calls my problem is still not resolved but my very high account is still being debited.
After cancelling a contract raise Vodacom is still deducting the account after numerous calls to cancel
I am very upset with WesBank I have send numerous emails to change my debit order date to the 10th of the month...but still debit order goes of wrong...they also take the incorrect amount and then contact me for not paying the correct amount and then going in arrears.
Nedbank insurance has terrible service.I cancelled my insurance due to the fact that i received bad service and had to phone 3 times to get feedback.
