Today I dealt with Brandon Rasool and he gets my 5 star rating because everything was quick and seamless. He assisted me with adding to my policy and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He also offered me something else and did not pressure me when I said I did not have the time to discuss that offer further, which is something I appreciated.
After going to a local optometrist who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for specs, I decided to try Firmoo as I had heard about them on a Facebook group. I ordered on the 9th of May and it was delivered on the 28th of May. Everything was seamless, from placing the order to delivery. I have had no issues, and I am extremely happy with my specs and will definitely order from them again. Also there was no customs amount that needed to be paid which is a huge plus!
It has taken me a while to write this review as I was awaiting my second order from Next Direct before doing so. I have read so many bad reviews about this company so naturally I was hesitant to make a purchase. My first purchase was on the 15th Oct, I was then contact by Skynet on the 20th to make an additional payment for customs fees, and on the 29th I received my order. My second purchase was on the 08th March, contacted by Skynet on the 11th to make additional customs payment and delivery received today on the 18th. I am completely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish and in love with the clothing items purchased for my 2year old. The key is to purchase for under R500 and your customs fees wont cost you an arm an a leg. I paid about R150 for customs fees which I don't think is bad. People don't read the fine print and then get upset when they find out they need to pay customs. This is standard practice in SA. I buy from Next because their kids clothing is so much better than ours here in SA, they have lovely prints and quality and at good prices so I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. Their adult clothing is a bit on the pricey side so does not make sense to purchase.
I thought I would try out this online shopping site despite seeing some negative reviews. I purchased a swimsuit and to my surprise it was delivered in the stipulated time and the quality was not bad at all. It was a little big but that is probably my fault. I should have double checked the sizing as they do give you the measurements of the item. The color was very different, much brighter than the picture but that I can deal with. I would purchase from them again.
I submitted three claims on the 10th March 2016 and up until today I was only paid for the one. I have on numerous occasions requested feedback with regards to the progress of the two outstanding claims and nobody is getting back to me. All my emails are being ignored. If the three claims were submitted at the same time why was I only refunded for the one on Friday 8th April 2016?? Since signing up with Essential Med I have had non stop issues, I have had to change Dr's twice because I was told that they no longer accept Essential because of payment issues. So I had to pay out of my own pocket on more than one occasion and now I am made to wait for my refunds and nobody has the decency of getting back to me with feedback.
Firstly, I made this purchase in May and only received it in July. Secondly, I found that it only lasts a day and that is without doing any dishwashing, which is quite shocking. In fact, I found that the tips already start to go on the first day. I believe it's a real waste of money as I am used to my nail polish lasting at least 2 or 3 days. For that price, I really expected a better quality. I am truly disappointed in the nail polish I purchased from you. I sent a complaint to you in July via my salesperson and have still not received any sort of reply. I will not use this nail polish again and I demand a refund.<br>
I cancelled my order - 106214709627 on the 16th May and was told that my refund will be processed within 3-5 working days, needless to say I am still waiting on my refund. I have been dealing with Courtney Hutchinson who cannot seem to give me any proper answers as to what exactly the problem is. I must say, Sheet Street's financial/service department is extremely inefficient. A simple refund is taking more than 3 weeks because people simply don't care or actually are incapable of doing their jobs properly. I wont even bother going into more detail about what I have been dealing with because I simply don't have the time, but it's pretty shocking. I doubt that I will see my money any time soon. Nobody gets back to me, I have to send countless emails everyday only to get the same response or no response at all. I have given up, if you want to be thieves and keep my measly R400 then go ahead!

She told me to check with my bank, I then asked her for the refund details in order for me to do the check and I never got a response. Then she asked me to send her my statement which proves that the payment was deducted from my account, which I did and still no reply. This morning she told me she will need to send my details to the accounts department to find out what's going on. So what exactly has she been doing to assist me during the last two weeks???
I called the call center a few times now with no luck. I wish to cancel my contract immediately and also cancel the debit order.<br> <br> 1.
