MTN suger coated their month to month router deals, saying cancel anytime... Lies. I spoke to 3 different agents at the contact centre and a manager. All I heard was **** from different people. Do they not have product knowledge, are they not trained properly to attend to customers query's correctly. I first spoke to someone instore who confirmed that I can cancel this package by calling the contact centre. I called today and got transferred to different departments, then the 1 agent I spoke to advised that I need to pay the R332.50 from last month, then cancellation can be processed, so even if I take it in store, I have to pay first, which I understood. So I asked about my next debit order which is on the 4th, and she confirmed that I will not get debited as long as I pay the balance and process the cancellation. I asked if I made payment by calling the billing department and arrange to make payment through the link, and call back for cancellation, will it be processed... And I did advise her that it's month to month... Lady agreed. A plan was made and I payed the outstanding balance because I do not want this deal anymore as I have another. The 3rd lady advised that I cannot cancel with them as it's not a 24/36 month contract, I have to return it instore first and get an IMS number, then call the call centre and they can process the cancellation. Why was I not advised of this from the start.... I asked for management... Siyanda from Durban MTN retentions was put through, I spoke to him and apar from putting me on hold to verify "things"... When I asked for the complaints department to log a case, he put me through.... WRONGFULLY! to the contract department, at which the lady confirmed there is no complaints department. How *********** can you be to put me through wrongfully when it doesn't exist. He could have just given me the email address. Please MTN, train your staff and managers. Because now I have to go back instore, get this reference number and call your *********** staff again, hoping they processes my cancellation, and by some miracle that I don't get debited or have any negative charges on my name. Because that's what I was advised.
They are scammers prying on desperate people. It's people that work in MIE and they are making money without doing the check up.
I am highly disappointed with your services, I bought chicken licken pops for me 2 year old son and when it was delivered it was burnt, I did not appreciate that at all, they should have rather not included it and refunded me. You can not feed people burnt food, especially because its paid for. We have been taken advantage of due to lockdown
I placed an order 2 weeks ago, to arrive at my place of employment. Monday arrived and I was unwell, and on that day the driver came with the parcel but unfortunately I was not in, my employer was there but was busy in a meeting, so they told the guy to come back, because they didn't want to hold him up, and they where going to pay and take the parcel for me. But he never came back, which is understandable. He lodged that there was no cash on delivery and rescheduled, I dragged myself to work on Tuesday because that parcel is important, I still was not well but I made an attempt, I waited the hole day no1 showed up, then I checked my app at 5pm and the driver rescheduled it again because apparently I wasn't available to take delivery. I dragged myself the whole week to work, an yesterday I checked my app and it was lodged that the parcel got lost in transit. I needed this parcel on Monday for my son, now I have to make other arrangements to get him his things which is costing me more money. I have gastric flu the entire week, made sure I came to work to get the parcel but never get anything but disappointment.
Stop showing repeat programs. We pay a lot of money just to watch the same things over and over again. I have even memorized some movies and programs word for word. That's how boring DSTV has become.
I bought a "Mamakids camp cot- Sleepy grey in January 2018" for my son. I didn't realise that after setting the bassinet and everything that it was slowly collapsing to one side. Till it almost toppled down with my son in it. And my son only weights 7kgs so my son could not have caused that bassinet to do what it did. Neither do I have kids around which I can blame. Apparently it can carry a child that's the age of 3. Which means the bassinet is suppose to be able to carry my child till the age of 3. But it's only been a month. Which means I was sold a deformed bassinet. I did request an online exchange. The courier was suppose to come and collect it before 5 yesturday but they never came neither did they call. So after 5 o called the call center and they were suppose to schedule for a pick up today before 12 as I have things to sort out. Till now they never came. I called the call center again to find out where is this courier and she said they only going to come after 12. ***!!! I said before 12 now these stupid agents are booking their own thing. I'm fed up with this stupid takealot and they dumb ads courier services. Just give back my money or replace the bassinet or so help me God!!!
<p>In the beginning of the year I applied for a game card and it was approved but later declined as there was an error on my payslips which I never noticed neither did the person submitting my application. So I always had that card with me even though I knew I couldn't use it as it was blocked. </p> <p> </p> <p>In May my wallet got stolen with my other cards and I never bothered to report the game card because it's a dummy card, cnt be used.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after the 6 months in July I decided to apply again as I need it for baby stuff and other household items. I tried applying online on the 17th and it was telling me something about invalid application so I phoned in and spoke to a consultant and explained as I did above. And wanted to know the reason for it showing that and not accepting my application. So he followed up and mentioned that it's because the card which I had was actually active so it needed to be closed. And then they successfully closed it and he told me after 48hrs I can apply and I won't have a problem. So I asked if he is sure il be able to apply again without any problems. Nd he assured me so. </p> <p> </p> <p>I didn't want to do the online application as I didn't want any complications. So I waited till I was available to go in-store and apply.</p> <p> </p> <p>Went in today after my doctors appointment, carried my documents knowing that hey I'm getting my card today. When I got there. I explained everything to the lady there and she needed to confirm everything I said so she called in and spoke to other consultants. But then she tells me that my application was rejected so I'm like what application. Then she like the 1 that was applied for on the 17th. So I re-explained everything to this woman about 3 times and she was like did you receive the sms after you applied and I was like no. Cz as far as I know that application didn't go through neither did I receive any sms. So she was like well you have to wait 6 months and try again. I was so frustrated. I waisted my time for bull*. These people are full of it. Made me like a stupid to repeat myself over and over again and no1 even helped. </p> <p> </p> <p>You'll service is rubbish honestly!!!!</p>
<p>so a while ago i had applied for a store card online, all my info was correct, i double checked everything. and submitted the forms, well we dont get customer copies, which i feel we should get esspecialy with situations such as this.</p> <p>and i faxed my documents,(payslips, ID Copy, ect.) so at first i was told its approved, i got so excited because im expecting my first born in August and was hoping to do some shopping before my due date.</p> <p>thats the main reason for me wanting this account in the first place, then afterwards i recieve and SMS telling me that the account has been rejected, confused i was, i called in....then they tell me that my salary does not match whats on the online form, and im not stupid, i know howmuch i get paid, and i cant make an error of such, so i asked the lady on the line if its possible thatthere was a glicth or something, and she was like yes its a possibility so i was like how can we reslove it.............i was not at fault here, but she was like its already on the system and i must wait 6 months till i can re-apply, ....What Bull* is that. my baby will be born soon, and i was planning on saving by using "the card" but i was unfairly rejected. they need to change thier system, and they must resolve issues such as this esspecialy if the applicant is not at fault!!!</p>
