I just received an SMS from ABSA vehicle finance stating that they will be deducting my debit order tomorrow 28/11 due to it being Black Friday. My instalment is due on the 01/12. They deduct before every time for no good reason. I cannot wait to be finish with ABSA they are the WORST bank ever. If they deduct before it is due, am I going to pay LESS interest? I will reject the debit order and will fight you every step. It’s not legal.
They want to do an annual increase 5 months before its 12 months . Then when you dispute it at your bank, policy is cancelled. And then you are charged again for Netstar. Paid for a few months as you think everything is fine, then all of a sudden an increased debit amt, when you dispute that, your policy gets cancelled. It’s a vicious cycle. Then I’m told I am 7 months in arrears for Netstar which was supposed to have been included in my monthly premium and so I’m suddenly in arrears. Everyone at Dotsure does not listen or cannot comprehend. They only want to call at inconvenient times but never respond to emails, you get a generic response and your calls logged get closed without resolution. I refuse to pay an arrears amount for you not relinking Netstar after 7 months. Your policy indicates that the premium includes the device for 36months which was paid up by March 2020. The level of incompetence astounds me.
My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 03/11/2022. But for some reason it was sent back to the depot. As per the tracking, it was out for delivery today 04/11/2022. At about 3pm I called their offices and spoke to Netisha who said she will check as she doesn’t know why he went back to the depot. She said she will follow up. It is now 7pm, so clearly I am not receiving my delivery today. And clearly nothing was followed up. Your service is pathetic to say the least. 2 days at hope waiting for nothing. You don’t even deserve a 1 star rating
Went to do a size exchange at The fix in Cresta, Jhb. My daughter had received this item as a gift and the size was to small. She had the receipt and the item had the tag intact. All she wanted to do was exchange the size and the consultants refused to exchange it because she did not have the card it was purchased on. So I would like to know what if the person who purchased the item is not around with the card or lives in another town, how would one go about doing an exchange. It’s not a return, it’s a size exchange, same item, same price, receipt of purchase is presented. What do we do as customers? We came all the way to do the exchange for what? Useless consultants.
I tried applying for a position at Tracker, unable to login and not receiving the Forgot password mail link. I logged a request To trackersupport@pnet.co.za. Ticket numbers, ticket "132054, *135179 and *136538. All which were resolved without any actual resolution. Boipelo Kau And Thabiso Ramosedi should be fired. Because they are closing calls without resolving the issue. All I needed is for my password to be reset, send me a link to reset it. But nothing, only incompetence. To late now, the applications for the position has closed. Thank you for absolutely NO SUPPORT at PNet
I have mailed Dotsure to update my address since I moved in December 2019. I have all the emails to prove it. I requested confirmation of insurance as my bank was requesting it, as they do annually. So upon receiving the confirmation from Dotsure, I saw that the document still has my previous address. I mailed to update their records. And now they keep calling me when I am busy at work. Can’t the address be amended without talking to me?
I was at the till point at Pick n Pay in Cresta and the Customer after me moved her trolley right up against me. The cashier didn’t tell her to step back due to the Pandemic Social distancing. But she could tell me to wait. Why couldn’t she tell the other customer to wait because even though I was still busy at the till, this person just started packing her groceries out and kept bumping me with her trolley. The cashier didn’t have the decency to tell the other customer to wait her turn. How racist of her, because I’m not the same nationality. You need to treat everyone equally no matter the race or creed!
I just recently paid up my DIonwired account via my FNB Loan and now have a credit balance. I requested to close my account and they need to refund what I paid in excess. I cannot provide a receipt of the last payment as it was paid via my loan. The payments reflect on the account statement, however RCS is asking me for proof and WHY I overpaid???? Just pay me what I am owed.
I visited the Factorie Cresta store today at about 12. I chose the item I wanted and headed to the paypoint. There was a customer ahead of me and was served but then waited on the side because the sales person had made an error. The sales person Called me to come and I went and told her that I have a R100 discount voucher which I want to use. She proceeded and completed the sale without using my voucher and I asked her then she said that she will have to do a return and new sale again. If she listened to me in the first place. Also she did the same to the customer in front of me. Also the music volume in the store is ridiculous to point that I found myself shouting so that the sales people could hear. I asked them to turn the volume down slightly but they didn’t take note of me. Your staff are incompetent and rude. I will never ever go to that store again and I will tell all my friends and family of the stupidity that works at Factorie Cresta. My receipt number is 3925-9032-0810. The most pathetic service ever received and worst store I have ever been to.
Before going to collect my last repeat on my prescription at Dis-Chem Cresta, I went to the doctor to get a new script, then loaded it on the Dis-Chem App. Went to collect my last repeat and handover the original new script for their records . Only to be told I cannot get my last script. So I said ok, I want one of my 6 repeats from the new one. Then they said what I loaded it stuck on the system. I told them I need my script coz I had just finished my last one and to start new the next day. So they gave my 1 repeat. So instead of 6 they showed 1 of 5. Which means they robbed me of another pack of which I pay for. Dis-Chem are cheaters. They messed up system robbed me of my last one then stole another off my new script. You are not gaining Dis-Chem - I am still paying for my meds. I will NEVER get my prescriptions from them again.
