You phone and the phone doesn't get answered. The you drive to Centurion, get to the office and find the Receptionist on a call on her cellphone. The workers at the office are so casual and don't show care to customers. They are not helpful at all. We pay for services and get **** thrown in our faces.
These people sell you something in a way that will make you want to try their product. Then you get an invoice of an amount that is way higher than expected!!!! Do not do business with these people. They are ******, they are rude, they are unprofessional but very good con artists!!!!!!
I am really disappointed in Webafrica. I paid for my 30day voucher on the 25th October 2024. And still 16 days later no connection at all. I have spoken to agents who have tried to resolve my issue. Rowan I want to say thank you to you getting Vumatel involved!!! During the week I am at work, with noone on the property to wait for a technician to avail themselves. This weekend I have been home waiting for someone to call and arrange a visit. Not a single call from Webafrica. Tomorrow, I will be at work and fighting with Webafrica to get me sorted. In 14 days time I will be expected to pay for a voucher which will also go down the drain!!!! I really am not happy with your service. I have been a customer for such a long time, but this disappointment I am experiencing is on another level!!!!!!
What a load of rubbish!!!!!! My child did not set foot at this school in 2023. I am being told I owe fees for 2023!!!!! This is not a school it's a playground! The teachers cannot even assist or tell you what areas a child needs assistance with. My son is at a school which actually teaches him. I WILL NOT PAY YOU A CENT. YOU ARE USELESS!!! LEAVE ME AND MY FAMILY ALONE.
I have been trying to get assistance with an order that has gone missing. The order says it was delivered. But I only received the one order. Nobody is willing to help. I paid for the order. And it is very disheartening. How can my order just disappear.
<p>I have been using Rea vaya from sometime after its inception. The buses were running smoothly. Now you wait a long time for buses. The system was lovely.... The new system has messed us about. You pay for ****py services. Some station personell have revolting manners and shout at customers. The tapping in and out machines seldom work in the buses and at the stations. You now get told that we are trying to defraud the system by not tapping out, when the machines don't work. We get penalties, we complian and nothing changes. This system has gone down the toilet!!! </p>
