**** STC and Poor Customer Care from Takealot I purchased 2 boxes of STC30 from Takealot in March. After finishing the first box (15 sachets), I noticed no improvement instead, I felt worse. After taking the second sachet from the second box, my symptoms worsened and I experienced headaches. That’s when I realized the sachets inside the box were not the same others with thick covering other thin and they looked different from the ones I had used in 2021 from a verified Superlife distributor After comparing the packaging online, I found it matched the description of **** STC30. I contacted Takelot and they gave me the details of the seller, who refused to disclose her source, and I immediately reported it to Takealot. Despite this, they replaced the product with another from the same supplier without any explanation or refund. I spent over R1200 and still haven’t received any meaningful feedback. This raises serious concerns about product safety and quality control on Takealot’s platform. I would not recommend buying any health products from them.
Just warning other snappers that SnapnSave is now a waste of time they are no longer paying cashback I have been waiting for cashback payment from the 23 of September till now there have not paid I've even stopped snapping, they used to pay BUT not anymore!
Worst place ever to do eyelashes and micro blading or ombre. I tried to complain from the owner I showed her that my eyebrows were not straight and eyelashes fell off of the next day when I went back the the****** said the glue was not good and she use another glue because I had already paid for a 2 weeks refill, this was a bad idea to allow them to touch my eyes I almost lost my vision. I tried to complain but the owner is very rude she shouts at you as if you did not pay for the services you will be disgusted and be scared to go back to give them a chance to rectify their mistakes, I went there 3 times but every time I went there it was getting worse.
I was assisted by Hunadi Dibakwane, she is the best, I have become a member of the family at Momentum and I don't even think of changing to another insurance.
Don't waste your time snapping by snapping your till slip, they don't award points as it reflects on their app and they do not respond to What's app.
I regret the day I took the contract with Cel C, customer service is extremely poor, I've tried everything you can think of from calling their customer services several times and sending emails to them with the proof of payment (bank statement) they always promise to tell the person who has the proof of pmnt to call back till today no one called me this started on the 24th of April till today there is no solution, they responded once on email asking me the contact number the proof of payment relates to after that nothing. They handed me over to VVM attorneys for the amount of R109 which I paid and I've been paying them R399 for the past 2 years without fail I don't understand why will I fail to pay R109 once after cancelling the contract with them I called them on the 1st of February to cancel my contract and I was told that I will pay R109 on the 1st of March. Due to that fact that I had so many issues with their service I decided that I was not going to use cel c going forward I also cancelled the number/ sim and I was advised that my sim card will not work from 1st of March. In April they debited my account again R109 I don't know for what or I am being punished for stopping to use their services? Some of us are unable to tolerate the kind of service to offer to their clients. PLEASE CEL C STOP VVM AGENTS FROM CALLING ME EVERYDAY FOR THIS AND I'VE BEEN EXPLAINING THE SAME THING EVERYDAY BECAUSE YOU FAIL TO DO YOUR JOB!!!!
Excellent service received from Channel at Bloom medical insurance. I've been on medical aid for more than 20yrs I had to downgrade for some reasons and I thought the medical insurance would be a nightmare but everything is still good. I am happy with the service
On the 19 of March 2021 I was contacted by Cel C, Getmore division and I was informed about getmore services for Cel C customers I was very hesitant to sign up since the consultant could not even give me the names of service providers they are contracted with and she offered to rather send me the sms with the link after the call to try the services and benefit for free for 2 weeks if I am not happy with the services it will be cancelled, apparently she did not send me any link after four days I decided to call Cel C to my surprise they did not want to entertain anything about Getmore instead they promised to forward the call and gave me the number to call Getmore if I did not get through. I tried on that day to call Getmore with no success and I had to call Cel C again to explain this to them they could not assist, they said the only way to assist it to connect me with getmore but instead of connecting they were terminating calls I tried to call Getmore numerous times and I ended up opening the Getmore website where I was communicating with Gavin and I gave him my ID number whereby he confirmed that I shouldn’t worry I am not subscribed with Getmore and that was within 5 days from the day I was contacted by their consultant. On the 1st of May my account was debited with R110 more, when I called Cel C I was told that R40 is for joining fee and the rest is for subscription. From the communication that I had with Cel C consultants I concluded that this getmore is a scam for Cel c to get more money from their customers. I requested several times to speak with one of the supervisors or managers to clarify why my account was debited for unauthorised services but they were putting me on hold until I drop the call. I decided to try to call Getmore on Wednesday surprisingly their lines were working this time and I explained my dilemma to one of their consultants at the end of the call he gave me a ref452342014 and he told me that I should expect a call from someone that will help me with the refund till now no one has contacted me, I called them again today they are telling me the same story. Unfortunately I will not let this rest until I get the recording that proves my subscription or get my refund. People should be warned about this fraudulent activities by Cel C. I regret the day I took contract with cell c I didn’t know that I will go through this.
