Useless and a bit of a ****!! fridge and freezer exactly as it was prior to then replacing parts, and now they don't answer or reply to whatsapp messgaes use someone else not these guys
Tried to simply connect to the full steam package and pay and all i get is question after question about my address's why cant one imply say i want this and pay like any good streaming service like netflix, prime disney+ etc no wonder DSTV is heading for the s**** yard along with SABC with service like this!!! i simply want to pay you and connect but you make it so difficult alternative option is nowtv from the UK, and use a vpn lots of sport there as well
Great broker, best customer service compared to others and i hear hey just won Best trading conditions, most transparent broker, and best forex trading app, at an industry awards in Qatar and most important of all they are ODP licensed. most brokers in SA are not !
What a great speedy service! registered, applied and approved all within 10 minutes. Then got a call to say funds will he paid within 15 minutes......forget Fasta or Wonga use Boodle..👍
I got a policy for vehicle cover through hippo/nedbank only to find the the Idiot consultant has captured all my information incorrectly so i cannot now collect the car i have just purchased, so now have to cancel this policy and get new cover. rather use a better service and never use Hippo even nedbank direct say they have endless problems with these clowns from Hippo
So yet another Update, i last week cancelled my fibre order with Vodacom because it was taking so long and no feedback or updates from them, then after returning their router and them telling me my order is cancelled i get a message from cool ideas advising that Vodacom still has an open ticket with Vuma, so i call vodacom and get told that it will take a further month to cancel the order !!!! what BS is this? the order was never fulfilled so why must i wait a further month for you to cancel the order !!!! You are now hindering my request to use another ISP, this is why you should never ever use VODACOM for Fibre......completely useless and now preventing a competitor from providing a service they never could !!!
Before i start you guys aren't even worth 1 star in my eyes!!! So I ordered a fibre line 3 weeks ago and still no one calls to advise of an installation date, I call them after 2 weeks and they tell me it has been escalated last week already, so today i call in again and still no update!!!!, anyway long story short I'm now trying to have their router collected as i wish to cancel the fibre order and this is now turning into a never ending story of BS !!! @vodacom i will see you at your offices to return this router as it seems this is going to be the easiest way of getting things done, people read the reviews and just avoid all dealing with this company when it comes to fibre......
Just stay away absolutely useless from start to finish couldn't organize a **** up in brewery, let alone my finance that was approved only to get in store, waste my time and be told it isn't approved.
Do not sign up to these useless company trying to cancel my fiber is nearly impossible and they continue to bill me STAY away from Vodacom Fiber at all cost 2months after i cancelled i'm still being billed freaking useless and clueless bunch of idiots!!!!!
I have paid my loan in full and every time i try call the number on your website it is for some attorney, do you have a number that i can speak to a wonga representative as all my numerous emails go un answered!!! so before we get my attorney and the ombudsman involved i suggest someone contact me, for all others think twice before using this useless company !!!! their Customer service offer no service, and the numbers on the website isn't even for them i have paid them in full and they still have not updated or reflected my payments since August last year
