Jungle is quite an experience - a unique theme and ambiance that they commit to; excellent and friendly service; and good food. I can thoroughly recommend it. Truly enjoyed spending my birthday there! The menu is not very extensive, but that's because they do a few things well instead of the same old generic list of things just well enough. The highlights are the burgers, which include some really crazy big ones on the upper end for truly hungry people, the drinks, and the desserts. The milkshakes are good, going up to spectacular for the fancier ones. The roll-up ice cream desserts are tasty and unique; the burgers are filling and strikingly fitting to the overall theme with bright green buns. The sides - onion rings and a spiral-cut crisped potato come with the burgers by default - are also notable on their own and as special an experience as the rest. The prices are very reasonable overall. Parking was available easily and close by on a Saturday evening. A couple of small caveats: The bathroom is separate and a bit of a distance from the restaurant - ask for a key and directions. When we visited, my husband's spiral-cut potato was not ver evenly cooked, with some sections soft and some crisp enough to break with a snap. Not a big issue, and the quality will likely improve as the cooking staff settles into the menu over time. Wouldn't have minded a bit more cheese on the cheese and bacon burger, personally - and perhaps a few more of the delicious onion rings with it - but it was still great and were happy with our meal. The roll-up ice cream was a standout among good dishes, but the use of plastic s****s made it a bit of a challenge to eat, if a tasty one. All-in-all, would definitely recommend trying Jungle out, and more so if you have a hankering for a big burger and/or a unique experience.
The view is gorgeous, and we had a very friendly waiter. But the food is mediocre, and one of our meals arrived raw - when we sent it back, they prepared a second one that ALSO arrived raw. The music is way too loud. I don't understand why you would have a seaside setting only to drown out the sound of the sea. I was so disappointed, I wanted to take my family out somewhere special.
I usually love Rocomamas. I ordered from Rocomamas The Zone through Mr Delivery and did not receive the order I had placed. I did not receive the chips I had paid for, and got a hot sauce on my burger which I did not order.
I have been loyal to Huawei for years... But I am not sure I would buy a Huawei again. In October 2017, I purchased a Huawei Mate 10 Pro from MTN. In September 2018, I took my phone in for repairs. For months, I had been struggling with it. The microphone (or so I assume) was broken. I could hear people calling me, but they couldn't hear me. Voice notes wouldn't record, videos would have no sound. It took MTN close to 2 months to repair my phone. This was after they had told me it would take 3 weeks at most. They told me that the part was out of stock and they had ordered it from Huawei. And now, in January 2019, I am having the same problem. I cannot call people, they cannot call me. I can't record anything that requires sound. Two months to repair a phone and now three months later that repair proves to be useless? Is it a problem with how the phone is built? I have seen many people complaining about similar experiences, except they can still record videos and voice notes - their problem is only with calls. I look after my phone. It has a protective cover for the body and the screen. No scratches, no rattles, no cracks.

We regularly buy from Fishaways (Pretoria, corner of Charles and Atterbury). And we've had their calamari before. But today, we got a nasty surprise along with the food.

In our calamari, we found rubber bands (or that's what it looks like). Before going public with this, we decided to give them a chance. We went back, showed them the bands. They apologised and made us a new portion.

In the second portion, we found more bands (see the picture). Almost every calamari ring had a band. So, we're not going back. This is very disappointing.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
