Looks like an interesting experience, unfortunately ruined by owner who clearly has very little understanding of consumerism and whose attitude suggests customers should be grateful just to be there, rather than valued for supporting the business. That mindset will eventually empty tables

I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your establishment with a group of 10 guests. While we were initially excited to enjoy our evening at your venue, several issues left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome. 1. No Option to Customize Buns: We were not given the option to choose a different type of bun for our burgers, and there was no mention that the buns would be coloured. This should have been clearly communicated on the menu or by the server. 2. No Split Bill Option: For a group of our size, it was inconvenient and time-consuming to be told that splitting the bill was not possible. This significantly impacted the experience and is not in line with the service expectations of modern restaurants. 3. Rushed Out After Payment: Perhaps the most disappointing part of our visit was being asked to leave immediately after settling the bill — despite still enjoying our drinks. This made us feel rushed and as though we were no longer welcome, which is unacceptable for a paying table of ten. We had hoped for a relaxed time with good food and great company, but unfortunately, the service experience did not meet expectations

Our visit to The Jungle was far from what we had hoped. We arrived at around 18:30, were greeted, handed menus, and placed our drink order about 10 minutes later, followed by our food order. Unfortunately, that was the last time we felt properly attended to. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed and only checked on us three times in the 1 hour and 30 minutes we waited for our food—once to take our second drink order, once to acknowledge she was “all over the place,” and finally when bringing our meals. When my burger arrived under a Tiki mask/hat-style presentation, it toppled over. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the waiter simply lifted it back up and mentioned reprimanding the kitchen staff, which didn’t solve the problem. My partner’s Misty Mountain burger was served with the top already removed, which was odd. Worse still, we were given no cutlery and had to eat with our hands until halfway through the meal when utensils were finally provided. Adding to the disappointment, we were supposed to receive a drum with dry ice for a theatrical touch, but we had to ask for it—and even then, it never came. The food was cold, the service was terrible, and there was no sense of accountability from the staff. This was our first time at The Jungle, and given this experience, it’s highly unlikely we’ll ever return.

Wonderful experience. From the service to the atmosphere to the food. I could not find fault. Although it is not your typical diner/restaurant, it is one of the best. I would go there again. I had reservations about the food, but it was worth it and I would recommend it to anyone. It's something different, but worth experiencing. The waiters are also very attentive and helpful and extremely friendly.

Jungle is quite an experience - a unique theme and ambiance that they commit to; excellent and friendly service; and good food. I can thoroughly recommend it. Truly enjoyed spending my birthday there! The menu is not very extensive, but that's because they do a few things well instead of the same old generic list of things just well enough. The highlights are the burgers, which include some really crazy big ones on the upper end for truly hungry people, the drinks, and the desserts. The milkshakes are good, going up to spectacular for the fancier ones. The roll-up ice cream desserts are tasty and unique; the burgers are filling and strikingly fitting to the overall theme with bright green buns. The sides - onion rings and a spiral-cut crisped potato come with the burgers by default - are also notable on their own and as special an experience as the rest. The prices are very reasonable overall. Parking was available easily and close by on a Saturday evening. A couple of small caveats: The bathroom is separate and a bit of a distance from the restaurant - ask for a key and directions. When we visited, my husband's spiral-cut potato was not ver evenly cooked, with some sections soft and some crisp enough to break with a snap. Not a big issue, and the quality will likely improve as the cooking staff settles into the menu over time. Wouldn't have minded a bit more cheese on the cheese and bacon burger, personally - and perhaps a few more of the delicious onion rings with it - but it was still great and were happy with our meal. The roll-up ice cream was a standout among good dishes, but the use of plastic s****s made it a bit of a challenge to eat, if a tasty one. All-in-all, would definitely recommend trying Jungle out, and more so if you have a hankering for a big burger and/or a unique experience.
