I took home insurance with SA Home Loan. I followed all required steps to cancel the insurance; this department did not act on my request and left it unattended for 2 months. This department did not even take the time to respond to my calls when I called to inquire about the progress on the cancellation. The sole individual who accepted my case and made sure the issue was settled was the Helpdesk Supervisor, Mandisa Nyaba. The most disappointing aspect is that even the accounts department could not process the refund promptly and to the right account. If Helpdesk Supervisor Mandisa Nyaba had not intervened to fix the complications created by these two departments on my account, I would still have an unresolved issue and be left waiting for my money, questioning why these departments are unable to fulfill their responsibilities and be left frustrated. These are the reasons why I will be leaving the business. The customer retention team ignores these issues, but they continue to contact me to check if I'm still satisfied with the service I'm getting. I want to express my gratitude to Helpdesk Supervisor Mandisa Nyaba for her excellent service and assistance; I hope she gets promoted to a higher role as she is an invaluable asset to SA Home Loan. I appreciate all your efforts in resolving the issues created by the other departments regarding my account. Keep Shining.
An International cash deal treated *********ly and Audi SA and the Dealership refuse to respond to the Complaint. I would not recommend Audi is this is how they treat Black customers.

This Company is terrible. The admin person never responds to queries relating to my FNB Credit Card paid up letter, they always reply with a generic non responsive way, and it takes them forever to get a paid up letter. Unacceptable, I have waited for over 14 days to get a paid up letter and now my life is hanging in the balance. FNB and Daly Credit are not great companies to interact with.
I would highly recommend NOT to use FNB as a bank. Their services and process are the WORST in the world. I had a Credit Card and Cheque Account with this bank. Credit Card: FNB is quick to hand you over without letting you know of an outstanding amount. This really messes with people's lives. I have since paid this account by the legal company Daly Credit and FNB Legal so do want to give me my paid up letter. It has taken this BIG Financial Institution over 14 days to provide a simple letter to confirm that CASH payment was made to close the account. Even the Company Daly Credit is not able to submit the letter after confirmations were sent to them and they can see that the amount has been settled. This is a disgrace to FNB. I'm still waiting for the letter even NOW. Cheque Account: Extra money was paid into a closed account, FNB has not yet paid me my refund, Since March 2024. DO NOT HAE DEALINGS WITH THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, They will ***** you of your money.
I would like to commend McDonald's Woodmead for giving my family such an amazing service. 1. The moment we entered the establishment, we were swiftly greeted with an awesome smile and was embraced with positive energy. 2. When ordering our food, the same Change Champion assisted us with our order, you can see that this person LOVES her work and most of all People. 3. Currently, I'm walking on assisted aids, the same Change Champion offered to help me with collecting my food, showing that she is going over and above her call of duty. This amazing Change Champion should be nominated as a McDonald's SA Ambassador, as many the company would benefit from her warm spirit and selfless act of going beyond the call of duty. My billing has been incorrect, and messed up my debit orders.
