Camcel data contract
How do you cancel data contract if you dont have a cellphone phone. None of my many emails has been answered. Can a human perhaps help me?

Refund after delivery date was changed.
Yesterday I orderd a product which I need by the weekend. Delivery was scheduled for today 22 September.. Just now I was informed that delivery has been recheduled to 4 October. I have requested for a refund to go and shop somewhere else. I have been informed that a refund is not possible. I feel this is not my mistake. If I knew from the start when I have ordered and payed for the product that I would wait 10 days for delivery I would not have ordered the product. Not my mistake I need a refund so that I can go and shop somewhere else.

Terrible service
Went to pick up parcel. Click and collect. Showed ID and email I received as confirmation. Sasolburg branch refused to give parcel because I did not receive a five number code. Not my fault code was not send. Terrible service at Sasolburg Clicks. I consider this stealing because goods were paid for. Proof of identity was given. But still the manager refused to hand over parcel because some one some were did not send my a five number code!!!

Reconnecting of service
Due to my own fault my telkom line was disconnected. I have paid the full outstanding amount on the 24 July. It has been 48 hours and still my line has not been reconnected. I have tried to contact telkom several times but received no reaction any of my messages.

Excellent customer service
These days excellent service is not easy to find. I had issues with my ADSL line. Afrihost reported the problem to telkom. Within 24 hours a technician from telkom was despatched to my house and the problem was resolved. Thank you and well done afrihost.

Courier delivered parcel to wrong address
<p>I ordered a parcel online from the TFG online the Foschine group. The courier delivered my parcel to the wrong address and allowed someone to sign for my parcel without checking any identification. </p>
