I went to the arc store in menlyn and a supposed make up artist eventually assisted me after being ignored by her several times. She was abrupt , short and rude to me. I tried my best to be polite to get a better response while helping me but she really acted as if she didn't want to do her job. She app**** foundation very roughly onto my face with her fingers several times, then took me to a desk where she dropped a used wet and dirty foundation brush on the floor, then on me, messing my pants, she then used it on my face! She app**** it to my face very patchy and wiped my face with a wet wipe instead of makeup remover several times. She raised her voice in a condescending tone everytime I told her something , and eventually I felt forced to buy whatever she recommended.. then left me looking mismatched with two different shades of patchy and blotchy foundation on my skin to walk out of the mall looking like a complete mess. I got home and immediately washed my face because it was reacting so badly, I ended up now having a huge break out with red patches all over my face.
I have layed a report for help 5 times since Luno has locked me out of my account , I cannot make any transactions. I only got a reply after sending 4 complaints. Furthermore, they changed all but one request to resolved , without actually replying or resolving anything, it's been more than a week and everyday a new person from the support is responding only once a day, it's incredibly slow and frustrating as It seems like they are sabotaging me from withdrawing my profits. I do not suggest you trust luno as a platform to invest in crypto or other trading activities!
Gary Rom Menlyn Maine. I got called as a model for a junior stylist by the name of Dikeledi, unbeknownst to me she had failed her previous exams for the style she was going to give me. She pulled at my scalp by combing through my semi dry hair to the point of pulling out my hair , I kept on telling her about my discomfort , telling her to stop, she didn't know what do to, constantly calling the main stylist who basically planned out the cut for her. By the end of the day I had multiple sores on my scalp and extreme sensitivity, my hair began to fall out. I complained to dikeledi and she said that she will buy my dermikelp from dischem. I ended up buying it and sent her the slip to be reimbursed as I couldn't wait as the discomfort got so bad. She then blocked me, and I never received any reimbur*****t. I reported it to the manager who got the hr to call me, the hr lady stated that it was the first time she heard of this in her 35years of experience as if I'm the problem. She said she would get back to me in 24hrs and it's been 2 months since the incident and I haven't heard anything. I don't suggest anyone go to this unprofessional salon.
After several bad experiences with skin phd olympus pretoria I had received a call today from the olympus branch stating that they will no longer treat me. These are some of the experiences, 1. I had gotten my nails done there three times, 3 of which where bad, the first time it was corrected however the second time I got a shoddy job done , please see the picture attached of the purple glitter nail, it was lumpy, the nail tech over filed the nail polish off and ended up leaving me with 2 transparent nails and 3 painted nails. I kept on having to tell her that the nail wasn't shaped correctly about 4× until I got tired of it and let her mess it up as seen in the picture. The manager told me she would book me with my regular nail tech poppy who was really good. 2. I had previously gotten my nose wax done by Bertha who was extremely rude when i told her that i have very fine hair so it may be difficult, she went on to take it offensively as if I was difficult with her and left 1 nose if wax and wax strands all over my face, and left the room without telling me, she came back all with more of an attitude telling me to go if I don't like her and use another the******, noneli ended up waxing the rest of my nose and face perfectly well. Bertha removed the nose wax from the single nose with force and ended up making me bleed. Noneli was very kind and understood the situation and took care to help me further. I didn't report Bertha because they said she had a bad day. I am extremely appalled by how they called me back as if I'm the problem when there is proof from pictures of the bad work done, the lady on the phone threatened me when i told her i will have to leave a bad review and that if I go to social media the owner would charge and sue me for going to review platforms. I didn't even say anything to the Owner either, nor did I lay a formal complaint for protection of their employees yet I got treated this way. The owner stated in a reply to the previous review I made that I wanted a free bee, which is ridiculous iv paid for every treatment I just received a bad service as their the******s are not professional. The owner makes excuses for their poor service as clearly shown in the pictures provided and response to my previous review, she wasn't even there when the incidents occurred, these statements were untruthful and is a complete joke. This is not right to treat customers in this way and I have every right to state my terrible experiences with the public on reviewing platforms and i dont appreciate being threatened over the phone for having my rights being infringed. They don't take accountability for the poor work performed. I don't suggest you waste your time with this unprofessional establishment See pictures attached for proof
ALLERT!!!!! I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS CAR WASH! Took my car for a valet polish and wash a month ago, they kept my car from 9am till 17:00 and it still wasn't done , they half polished my car, there was mud on the pedals and steering wheel, the seats weren't cleaned and the mats where still wet. I was told to keep them in the boot n leave the windows open for it to dry... The manager told me he was going to do it again at the most convenient time for me, i got it redone on 2023/05/30. I took my car in at 8am and went back at 16 30 and it still wasn't done, carpets where still wet but the worst part is that there's scratches in the form of swirl marks all over my vehicle, they completely damaged the paint work of my vehicle. When I asked the lady Leslie about these marks , she started screaming at me, I decided to take a video of her while she was screaming ( i notified her i was taking a video as proof n told her i was going to send it to Bradley the manager) she then threatened to not give me back my car keys because I told her i was going to tell her manager Bradley. She gave me a run around , antagonising me until she reached her office, where there where no cameras conveniently to further harass me, this is unacceptable to keep a person's vehicle , it's theft! I had paid for the services and she refused to give me back my keys EVEN THOUGH I AM THE RIGHTFUL OWNER, and i just wanted to leave after being unfairly treated. This car wash is unprofessional, they take too long to finish and not to mention that the safety of your car isnt guaranteed. Eventually after much anguish manager showed up and mentioned that there was another person's car that got ****** from their care at the car wash yesterday i.e 2023/05/29 and this is because of their poor business ethic and poor customer service! The manager spoke to me today 2023/05/31 with total disregard, he was rude when I asked for the owners details and ended up cutting the call on me. This is the level of disrespect they give their customers I requested to speak to the Owner Marcelo today 2023/05/31 only for him to deny the damages my car incurred from them (in the video I took the guy showed us the dirty buff which would cause the scratches - advice given by other professionals after this awful experience) , and he told me to go through the legal route with a dismissive tone and lack of respect or understanding for how his employees conducted themselves, instead of finding a way forward which i suggested, it came across as denial of accountability for treating customers in this fashion and providing poor services twice in a row. It was such an exhausting experience. My car is completely damaged now and I was treated absolutely unfairly. I don't recommend anyone to go to this car wash, they smile at you to draw in business and they do not pull through then try to intimidate you from not accepting the poor service received by not giving you your car Keys back. The manager stated that this was their policy... not to give back the car keys even though they paid, if they are unhappy with the service holding one at ransom... this is so wrong!!

Dr Lize Meyer conducted herself extremely unprofessionally with me , everytime I dealt with her , I had given her respect and the benefit of the doubt seeing that she was the only doctor not fully booked, only to be spoken to with disregard and disrespect , our consultations are always open ended without diagnosis and rushed to a five minute interaction, she didn't help the continued issues i had been experiencing, i went to another doctor eventually who finally gave me the correct diagnosis, she did a papsmear for me and it was literally the most uncomfortable experience iv ever had, it shouldn't have been that painful and socially uncomfortable. She did not have any understanding for the critical the circumstances I was in at the time that i had to change doctors. I didn't realize how painless a papsmear should be when I went to a better doctor. I wouldn't go to intercare woodhill again and I suggest Noone else should either. They employ inexperienced doctors that waste your time and money! The biased approach to their doctors bad behavior and lack of accountability by the Manager is testament to how badly this institution is being run. What made it even more frustrating was the fact that I made a complaint and my partner was contacted instead of me, she undermined me during the consultation when my partner was present! She become personally offensive when this happened, it's unacceptable for someone who says they are a doctor to be so unconscious and insensitive to a patients situation.
Go to dischem instead of Clicks Clicks gave me an arv that gave me an autoimmune response for 4 months, my script was for an antihistamines The legal department at clicks is highly Incompletent Stick to dischem because Clicks lacks variety as well as friendly competent staff as dischem does.
I submitted my complaint to clicks in February this year about the incorrect issue of medicine that ended up causing major health issues. The locum pharmacist at the time issued me renega which is a combination antiretroviral for hiv patient instead of Phenergen which is an antihistamine. This medication made me incredibly sick for 3 days, I had not slept , I experienced intense autoimmune issues that I'm still experiencing 4 months later. I went back to the pharmacy to report the issue and got met with extreme hostility from the pharmacist that was there at the time and the pharmacy assistant who had harrassed me verbally , they maliciously tried to take the falsely issued medication as proof for what they had done, they pulled me to the back room and harassed me further until I forcefully removed myself from the store seeing as I was getting nowhere at the time. I immediately reported it to clicks head office and I have been chasing responses since. The pharmacy manager at clicks olympus village was unhelpful and extremely difficult to get into contact with , she would tell me she would get back and I wouldn't until I call back infuriated by her lack of response The regional manager Ina called me and assured me the complaint was being addressed to 2 to 3 months ago , I ended up having to chase her down calling several times and emailing to try to get through with some kind of response but that was a complete waste of time On the 15th of May I finally receive an email with a pathetic response saying they don't take accountability for any liability for what they have done wrong and a bunch of bull. They requested documentation for proof of doctors visits, blood tests doctors reports etc which I had provided but the response I got from legal today was requesting these very things... This goes to show the complete lack of competence of their management legal team processes and policies! This complaint was put in over 3 months ago and because they didn't actually do their investigation that promised they where doing over these three months they had no idea of the back ground of the complaint to begin with. Now my quality of life has been ruined due to the extreme discomfort of this autoimmune hives iv experienced since the medication that's costing me even more time money and pain that I didn't even need in my body and my life! Clicks is an unprofessional company full of *********** people that can't read and serve people the incorrect medication. I don't recommend people to go to clicks olympus due to their untidy , unprofessional store. The prices on items are constantly incorrect , iv had this issue so many times that I have to make sure of each item everytime I purchase items at clicks olympus. I don't go there anymore however this seems to be the issue at most clicks Rather stick to the more competent dischem pharmacies for more reliable competent service with more variety of medication and products!!
