They advertise discounted diesel and then charge you a higher price with the excuse that the discounted diesel starts at a different pump. And the staff are even worse. Do not use for vukani petroleum beacon Bay East London. This is not the first time but it is definitely the last time I will ever fill up at that service station. Stay away
Good afternoon. I would just like to take the opportunity to praise your staff and your company Blades and Triggers. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Brett Steyn via your online sales. What a fantastic experience. From the first call to the return of a faulty purchase. He went above and beyond to help. I bought a Snowpeak GR1250 break barrel.22 rifle but found it to be very inconsistent in the placement of shots. I found that the magazine was not sealing properly thereby causing the problem. When I contacted Brett via WhatsApp on the Sunday , I received the gr1250 on the Friday , not expecting him to reply but just wanted to let him know I'd be contacting him on the Monday. He not only rep**** to my message but immediately said he would replace the gun. When I expressed that I would like to upgrade to a PCP rifle he did everything in his power to make it happen. He contacted me on the Tuesday I told him which PCP rifle I wanted to get and the pump , also asked for an extra magazine for another rifle. No problem. He sent me the price difference which I was happy with. I paid for it and by the end of the week I had the new gun , pump and spares. NOTHING was too much trouble for him. When I asked how to get the faulty rifle back to him. He organised a courier. This gentleman is a credit to himself and your company. I will definitely be buying anything else I need for my PCP's from him . If anyone needs any sporting pellet gun PCP related equipment I can only with the highest confidence recommend that you get hold of Blades and triggers online. On 082 725 8035 and ask for Brett. What an awesome experience to deal with cash converters berea Durban. Thabiso the young gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. From the first time I spoke him to the follow up phone call on the Monday afternoon. His description of the item I was purchasing to the photographs and videos of the item pointing out any little defect blew my mind . One does not get this type of service often .I must compliment the management of his branch in instilling such pride in his work with him. He's an asset to the company and has insured that should I need any other items I will definitely be going back to them. Congratulations Thabiso.
Well once again AUTO TYRES in Cambridge East London has done it again. Took tyres in for repair . Service service service is what you get. Quintin goes out of his way to help. From taking the tyres out of your vehicle o personally checking on the progress and keeping one informed of what is happening regarding how long repairs will take. I also run a volunteer fire tender unit out in the rural area and Auto tyres have really helped by repairing our tyres to help keep us able to respond to farm fires. Thank-you Brad Liss , Quintin and the unsung staff who do the dirty tyre repairs. You guys ROCK,

Well what can one say about TOP CLASS SERVICE. I took my headlight in for repair. The manager personally phoned me a day later just to check what was wrong with the light. He then over the next week kept me in the loop as to what was happening to my repair. The day it was returned to them He phoned me to come collect it. Well plenty of emails and calls later I get an sms saying I have exceeded my "fair usage" policy???? and now My service was being throttled? Eventually a ****** who was rude to me over the phone and just sends me the "fair usage" policy again , NO explanations or answer to my question. Well it's not often one has a positive experience with a municipal office BUT I must say this morning I had to phone the Gonubie Licencing Dept to query a vehicle. The lady who answered the phone was SUPER efficient and friendly. Well done Tibs you are an example to all of how service should be .

Never Trust vodacom Shop Vincent park. Bought airtime and data from the counter .Well received airtime NO data ....... Not much interest from the "help" desk at the back Told that we must contact vodacom customer care to sort out the issue. Vodacom tell me it's vodacom shop issue , they must sort it out. Manager not really interested in sorting out the problem passed the buck back to sales staff. Who expected me to drive 60km round trip to take them our invoice ??? This is not the first time this store has given poor service but it is definitely the LAST time they will ever see me . It is now 5 hours later and no data....... SHOCKING SERVICE .......... DO NOT SUPPORT THEM
