This issue has happened multiple times with us and becuas the Burger King is not in the same town as where we stay its usually a treat for us but its now been the 3rd time that the kiddies meals Burger was not in the box the first time my wife gave up her Burger to our duagter and we didn't complain or contact the Three rivers Burger King the second time we were half way home and had to phone and spoke to a manager and turned back to go get the Burger today my duagter was under sedation after a procedure from the doctor and her Treat for being brave was a kiddies meal with a milkshake so she was a bit out of it and only wanted to eat a bit later to her suprize no Burger once againg its truely pathetic , irritating ,diss honnest how many customers get ********** and don't complain can somting get done about this please we tried to phone the restaurant but its like the line is disconnected or something call doesn't go trough
I paid a account off with you lot 3 years ago and sent the proof of payment to your dept collectors now they whant me do send a certified coppy of my id and and the settlement letter againg after I have sent the paid up letter i do not wish to do business with Cellc can your company please stop harassing me for a account that has been dealt with 3 years ago i am really considering to go see a lawyer enough is enough
How long can it take so make a assesment on a broken screen and get a excess amount . My device has been with them since the 29th of January every tim i call no 7 to 14 days and the matter will be escalated with no progress or communication just me waiting 2 to 3 days the calling to get the same answer .There is no issues to take my money every month . I think its time for some legal advice im prity sure that this is in violation of cpa act and some insurance ombudsman and thinking of that if Old mutual can not mannage a small thing like device insurance i think its time to move my annuity investment i cannot trust a company with my retirement ! I do not whant to pay most of my life for something and one day when im supposed to take it slow be given the same run around !
Very bad service communication skills for a company wich deals in telecommunication wow im must say you guys absolutely suck willingness to assist a customer nope not there my phone has been with telkom since the 29th of jan i got one very vague email askin a bunch of questions which i have answered. Then i have phoned multiple times to find out whats going on with my device the first call i was told to wait 14 more days this was on the 15th of feb round about . The second time i called i was told that they are waiting for the exsess amount to finalize the claim i asked what the amount was and was told it would be emailed to me The third time i called there are forms outstanding and the matter would be escalated i aso asked them to please communicate via email still no feedback i think its time toe report telkom device insurance to the insurance ombudsman
The words that come to mind are *********** unqualified disrespectful and rude. You get to stand in the blistering sun for 3 hours so that when you come infront eventually you get told sorry we cannot help you we are too full after taking leave and driving out a bunch of feul to get there .why do us who have no choice and are forced to do our id's why do we have to suffer department of home affairs inability to perform tier duties and no repercussions on thier absolutely poor performance no where to complain just suck it up
Unprofessional unhelpful and rude I found by some chance that I was handed over to this company by cel c withou any knowledge that I have a account that was not paid this lot asures you that your record will be cleard up then 6 months later you go to get a new cell phone contract and surprise surprise they have not done their job after every thing has been paid up and fixed you lot assured me that everything wil be cleard up and it is not thank you for causing me unnecessary problems by not doing your job
We have sent them multiple cancelation emails they just keep debiting my account evry time you phone them and ask why they are stil debiting the account thy conveniently some how did not receive any cancelation email . The first cancelation email was sent in 25th of jully 2022 at 8:28 then the next cancelation email was sent on the 20th October at 10:01 of wich all the proof is kept but before that i canceled thelephonicly between the 21st and 24th of March 2022 . I conser that as fruad and theft and should i block the debt oders from my bank I would most likely be handed over to dept collectors. I would like to have my money returned from the 20th October 2022 i canot keep paying for a service wich i do not whant any longer i am pertty sure som consumers protection act laws are being broken
I have been a loyal Cell C customer for many years i paying my account without failure. I had 2 contracts with Cell C i Canceled the one as i did not require it anymore i gave my 30 day notice and they deducted the last payment i received a sms to say that got my usual data and minutes wich would expire on the 15th and that happened as stated then 30 days later i get a debit payment aging of the Canceled I never receive any sms , email whatsapp letter in the mail or a non marketing related call from cel c to sa hey you owe us money so i carry on with my life now out the blue i get a call from a dept collector saying i owe R368 so i phone customer care to find out whats going on this takes me 2 hours to get intuch with someone and get all the info becuas the wonder full signal Cell C provides keeps going away ! Because of thier lack of communication or ability to send a email or sms to notify someone that you are in the rear with a account you aparantly have to pay twice after canceling the 1st time u pay and get minutes and data wich u have to use up because it expires then there after you pay aging but do not receive any airtime or data for then thy hand you over without notifying you so whenever you what to make a lone or do anything for the next 4 years they *****ed up your credit score nice thank you this contrac i have by cell c will be the last and do not wish to support a company that clearly has no respect for their customers but look at the mentality of this company they would rather pay a debt collector than a sms , emall , postage stamp im my book a dept collector is a bit more expensive if i was made aware before they just willy nilly hand ppl over i would have paid their account immediately i value my credit score
Standard bank building insurance Wat a pathetic lot your call is important to we are experiencing a higher than usual call volume no matter when you phone them then you will be listening to that for a full 20 minutes when you finally get to a agent after listening to 50 adds of irrelevant information thier excess is usually more than what it would cost you to privately have things repaired our gate motor was damaged by bad weather over a weekend we gave all the required information we now have waited a week with no response from them we had to borrow money to replace the motor as it is a urgent security risk for us to not have a operational gate motor. The last time we had a burst water pipe the excess amounted to more than it was to simply pay a plumber and carpenter to repair the pipe and damaged cabinetry and if i recall there was something that they only cover the parts and not the labour but if the counter top is glass or marble its not covered they have no issues taking your hard earned money and find it easy to increase their installments but the day they have to deliver on the service they are supposed to give there are 500 policies and reasons why they are not liable to pay
Groot marico guest lodge is amazing . Hospitality is like nothing we have experienced before ! The owners really go all out to make sure that you are 100% comfortable ! Tranquility and peace a perfect place to just get away from the hustle and busle of the city this is the place to get away from technology and really relax . There is a great farm style swimming pool surrounded with banana trees covered parking and some of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept on with beuty full decor .
