@MTNza is ****** useless. Just got a new contract with them and @MTNza just when I thought I had received the most SHOCKING customer service agent from @FNBSA MTN decides hold my beer. I was transferred more than 10 times from agent to agent and then when I try to tell the agent that they drop the phone. @MTNza is absolutely trash.
To add absolute insult to injury I just found out that @Discovery_SA also now refuses to pay for my son's pediatrician visits. Like not even a part payment. So if you have children becareful of dealing with these **** artists. Then my colleague tells me of a story where @Discovery_SA refused to pay for my colleagues child's surgery. Apparently they used some legal loophole to refuse to pay for the child's reconstructive surgery. It was only after she complained that @Discovery_SA relented and paid a PART. ONLY a part.
I just got off the phone with one of your consultants and I am in disbelief! I need surgery (not elective) surgery done on my knee and I got a doctor on my network (THAT I got from Discovery!) and Discovery is saying I must pay the first R10k of the procedure. I have been on @Discovery_SA medical aid for years now paying every month and when I need them to pay for a procedure they tell me I must pay R10k from my own pocket!!! While using a network doctor! Even worse they say for them to waive it I must prove that a torn ACL is a PMB. That time I'm only on Discovery because it's mandatory on work. I'm going to tell the organization that this medical aid is ripping us off. I'd rather resign then stay on Discovery. @Discovery_SA came on Twitter promising 'we will call you right away to sort out this misunderstanding'. Absolute *******. Becareful people, you will pay all this money in medical aid and when you need them you are on your own.
Just had a terrible experience with Sandton Auto (Infiniti Auto, they have another dealership in Boksburg). From the beginning I should have known that something is *****. First of all they only work with one bank, apparently they dont have dealer codes with other banks. The whole business model of the banks is to give out as many as possible so the fact that they don't give to them is already a red flag. Then when I asked about the history of the car (keep in mind I know for a FACT they bought the car from We Buy cars) the agent **** to my face. Its a stupid lie as well because there's nothing wrong with buying a car from there but that should have been my second warning. You must also NEVER apply for Finance through them, they get money from sending clients to Standard bank and in turn the bank will give you a high interest rate to recoup the money. It's a scheme to rip you off basically, rather apply for Finance on your own. When I tried to do that then they went and told me that the car is sold when we had agreed to a sale. I even offered to pay a deposit to hold the car but they assured me that they would not go behind my back and sell the car. It's all legal but incredibly *********, I just wanted to make sure I warn everyone. Look at the other reviews, this dealership has a track record of dishonesty... Beware!

I am actually writing this review in disbelief at the awesome service from these guys. So I was in a car accident in Apr 22 and my car was taken to these guys through the insurance. I got my car back and afterwards there were some other issues. These guys were more than happy to assist and were able to fix it to be as right as rain. Thank you so much gents
Honestly dirt poor customer service from this so called service orientated bank. I paid off my loan and wanted to close the account. Opening the account was so easy but NOW I have been sent from pillar to post to multiple different departments and NO ONE is able to assist. Called my banker and they promised someone would call me back and still absolutely no feedback whatsoever. I had to call them back and now they say it can take 7 days for my account to be closed. This same account which took minutes to open. any body who wants to do private banking is better off at Investec. Coming from someone who used to work at FNB, I'm honestly not surprised. I used to have to phone internally to get anything done.
NEVER EVER buy anything on Makro online. These people are basically scam artists!!! I placed an order on the 2nd of December for liquor that Makro had IN STOCK on the website! Than after I order I see that they say the order will take 7-10 days. WHY ON EARTH WOULD IT TAKE THAT LONG WHEN CHECKERS AND EVERYONE ELSE DOES SAME DAY DELIVERY. I LIVE 10MINS FROM MY NEAREST MAKRO. So eventually after I realise how stupid and incompetent Makro is, I decided I would rather cancel the order and go buy it myself. I placed my cancelation of the WHOLE ENTIRE ORDER (on the 8th of December, which was confirmed by their agents per telephone, which was also recorded). Then they refund me R900 out of a R4.9k order. I was on the phone for over two hours talking to the most incompetent of staff I've ever had to deal with. Eventually I spoke to the supervisor Zolani who promised to call me back more than twice but NEVER DID! On numerous occasions I would wait on their line for over 30mins at a time only for their agents to drop the call because they thought I would give up if they made me wait long enough. (I could hear them checking to see if I am still on hold hoping i had dropped the phone). The absolute incompetence of everyone involved is astounding. Now on the 21st of December I still have not gotten my refund. I am about to go into the xmas season with a R3.9k hole in my bank account. The said on the 15th that my refund would take 7 - 10 working days. That would mean i would only get my money back in January after ordering in the beginning of December.
I cant believe the level shocking service at this company, I had a car THREE YEARS AGO that I was looking to buy, the deal fell through and the car tracker returned and thus I haven't paid a single installment. ALL OF A SUDDEN I am getting calls demanding that I pay an outstanding installment, This is absolutely shocking! And now when I try to cancel they claim there's a R1300 cancellation fee on a R90 installment. This company is full of rip off artists DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT use their services!!!
<p>My experience was fantastic, Phoned in to see if they can help me lower my premuim and spoke to a manager named David. He was so helpful and brilliant. Honestly was surprised at the level of service.</p>
