3 months awaiting a refund and still nothing to date. What a waste, makro sells defective items, forces you to return item and still no refund after 3 MONTHS!!!!
ORDERED INTERNET. informed it would be active in 24 hours 14 days later there is no internet and the staff is extremely rude and do not care that i cannot work and spend R2000/week on data. The most rude and undermining company every. No customer service, no follow up, they act like they do YOU a favour. Happy to be back at Home Connect
Hello, it seems that FNb is poor on customer service that i have to go on a pblic platform to show their disgusting behaviour to effect a resolution. i have a revolving loan with FNb, for 2 years i have NO ACCESS to my funds but must pay the monthly fee without reason. i ask and they start searching for reasons to mask their clear ******. They set up reasons but when addressed and emails sent to follow up with a 2 YEARS OLD ongoing COMPLAINT - they dont do it. An utterly useless bank with people who are genetically lazy and ******.

I submitted a claim for disability/sick which I am on a 7-day turnaround time. over a month later and I am being sent from pillar to post. I was booked off due to the trauma of gender based violence in this country and the medical practitioners were validated but somehow salaam feels that being ****d with evidence is not enough and one must be dead to claim so that your family goes from pillar to post. I informed them that they can repay all my premiums instead of sending me from one stupid manager to the next but they seem to like being quiet and just ****ing you off. I am going to legal and media and informing them on how salaam treats victims of GBV who need financial compensation when legally booked off sick without any pay.
Santam is an insurance I’d advise people keep away from. They void a policy but don’t give any reasons, i ask 3 weeks later after I pick it up but to date no reason given. They seem to play Russian roulette with incompetent claims workers who are good at voiding yet hold nil ability to simply give reasons why.
The MTN team kept me on hold for 3 hours whilst I tried to report a stolen contract phone. They laughed at my dismay of their attitude, they hung up on me and refused to let me speak to the supervisor. The supervisor Evelyne Molebatsi, as useless as the rest of them sends me on a run around for an hour and a half with deliberate wrong instructions just to end up in a panic mode for wasting my time and calling me personally to pretend to do her job. What useless pathetic uneducated idiots employed by MTN. I have recorded all the calls, they literally laughing at my ordeal of having a stolen phone. Laughing.
***ually aggressive drivers who are employed by Uber target easily black females who come from airport alone. I was damn near physically assaulted until i started recording events of what was happening and alerting security at my destination to start recording the trip and behaviour of the driver. Please women beware. In addition to all my trauma, the Uber driver lied and made me pay the fee upfront then stated he needed to wash his car for R450 because there was an incident. the CCTV footage at the airport, highways and outside my residence await to know what incident this is. In addition to my recording of the entire ride as the aggressive Uber driver endangered my life….where did i then cause malice to property of others. What perverted ill-educated drivers
I really think being a victim of crime in SA is very bad and unfortunate. (For anyone) I think having being insured with Discovery when it's time to claim is even worse. When a claim is activated with Discovery, do an unknown favour and immediately involve the Ombudsman. They are a bunch of crooks. Worse when the client is black.
