I contacted standard bank 2 months ago to reverse an online payment, due to the fact that the person that sold me a phone committed *****. He sold me me a **** iPhone, and when i realized it was ****, i immediately contacted standard, as i paid from my standard bank acc to seller's standard bank. The bank immediately froze the sellers acc3, and instructed me to submit evidence and police case number within 48 hours. I submitted everything within the specified time. I contacted the bank more than 10 times over the past 2 months, without any success.. The call centre agent can only escalate my reference, and someone will contact me within 48 hours.. Not once did i receive a call from the bank. I requested to speak to the investigator, because i have more prove of the ***** committed.. Standard bank never contacted me, and after 2 months i must hear that they decided not to reverse the transaction. Standard bank committed ***** themselves by not doing their job. I will not leave this here. I hold standard bank responsible by not contacting me, after several request to submit more evidence #pay back the money
I ordered items online for delivery.. 2 days later, i received email i must rate their service, because order complete and goods have been delivered.. I did not received my goods. The driver marked goods as delivered, because he did not make it in time for delivery. After several attempts to get hold of the driver, he said that he will deliver the next morning first thing6. He marked it as delivered, otherwise he had to return the parcel and then someone else will get the delivery, he will loose money not delivering the parcel. Makro is absolutely useless, i tried to contact them and all they say is that the parcel was shipped via delivered, while it was not.... They told me they will ask for the proof of delivery from driver5, which will take upto 7 days. Do yourself a favor, never order anything online from Makro. There is always a problem with their deliveries. This was my last time ever doing any business with makro, whether it is online or in store, the staff simply don't care, no customer services. To add fuel to the fire. The driver never appologised, but instead told me i must communicate better with him. How arrogant can you get. No custoservices, and then thru want to tell me i must commicate better. ***** YOU MAKRO, YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!?!
The sales team tell you of all the club benefits. First time i went to mercedes Centurion, i was told told discount on spares. Second time, I had emergency at home with a leaking geyser, only to sbe told they only respond to structural damage. Twice now, and full of excuses. I wish i never joined, wasted money. I will tell everyone i know and use as many platforms as possible to tell the public not to join.. They lie about "benefits", their are none.. Take my advice,, don't waste your time and money to join this Bidvest ****
Hifi corporation stole my money, and after 14 running around in circles, i am not getting any assistance. I have opened a *****ulent case with my bank. Do not buy anything from these *****'s, you will be conned. #pay back the money you stole. I never authorized a transaction with hifi corporation, but yet they stole R11000 from my bank account. The police will be knocking in their door, and carte blanch is my next stop
They are the worst ever courier service. Deliberately not sending it to the correct location. *****, that is what they are... All of the sudden the parcel is lost. Not even in the correct province. ***** ***** *****
After i opt out of all marketing related products, they keep spam me every day. I called them, no luck. Simply cannot get rid of them. Do yourself a favor, never subscribe to them, don't let them get hold of your number. You will regret it every day. Service worst ever.

claim is 6 weeks old, and vehicle is not fixed. nobody at santam is answering their phones, this include jaco morgan, his manager Heino. and his manager Zayd B, and now i get generic mail from panel beater that states my vehicle will only be repaired next year. that is 12 weeks later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 this is really pathetic and worst service ever. poeple, do not insure with santam, you don't get covered.
minus 10 for these thieves Auction nations are thief's. they don't take phone calls, and then they tell you they don't receive emails. i have spoken several times with Rachel, emailed he all forms required, and 10 days later, just more excuses. she refuses to put me thru to management, and are extremely arrogant. this is Auction Nation. not the first time that i am having trouble with them, but this is deffinatly the l;ast time. YOU ARE THIEVES AND PEOPLE ARE WARNED NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIEVES LIKE THIS. my next stop will be social media and the insurance companies that you represent. the insurance companies are just as guilty, as they are not doing any thing about you stealing peoples deposits and stripping cars before auctions.
-10 for a rating they never answer their phones. cannot get my deposit back they strip parts out of the vehicles. not good platform for buying vehicles
