Bad quality couches
i bought couches last year and now they are making a funny noise. called sedgars to come fetch them, they did to sort of fix the issue. upon returning them the sound is still there and i just hate them. i have spent a fortune on this couches for them to sound like they were bought 50 years ago. the quality is bad for R60 000 couches. They must come and fetch them i don't want them anymore

Cancel my policy with immediate effect
policy number:100674811 if you cannot approve my claim then cancel my policy with immediate effect. you will not debit my account when i cannot use the policy and tell me about terms and conditions when you did not inform me that the policy schedule has changed. the terms and conditions only suit you.

Claim not refunded
I took my son to an eye specialist which i called to get pre authorization days before. I paid since the Dr did not accept affinity health. I was told i will need to submit an invoice and i will be refunded. 5 weeks later they are still sending me emails to forward an invoice which i have done each week, meaning 5 emails to them. It is exhausting. if this is what affinity health put their clients through during claim process then government consultation is a better option. sending me same email every week requesting an invoice and ignoring the invoice i am sending is not going to get us anywhere. unless if you have a criteria of how the invoice should look, which you should show me that example. The invoice i sent has all the details including the practice number.

Fraudulent contract opened
A contract was opened with my details (bank details to be specific), i reversed the amounts on 3 occasions because it was fraudulent. Now i have been flagged and i cannot do anything. i need a clearance letter from MTN and i am being told to wait 21 days pending investigation. Why should my life be messed up because of a contract that i did not take. I want my freedom back and I do not have 21 days.

The worst company to have insurance with.
I have been paying this insurance for more that 4 years and now i want to claim i am being showed the middle finger. One thing for sure after this claim i am canceling this ****** insurance from this incompetent company. I have been waiting for two weeks and nothing from them. vodacom takes 3 days to replace a device, this one takes more than 3 weeks never again.

Home application turned into a pain
Standard bank home application process is such a pain. its been over a month and every week I get a request for a different document. Had I known I would have taken offers from other banks. I will be paying the bond as it is my obligation, but why they are requesting 16.1 cipc form puzzles me and will never make sense to me. Given an opportunity I will definitely switch, just for the frustration that I went through. I hope that one day the process will be finalized and my kids will be able to move into their new home. I even stopped updating them because I always tell them the same story. I need to understand why the rules of the entity are requested for a bond application, how is that linked to my obligation to them?

Old spinning bikes at heuweloord club
Planet fitness heuweloord you are actually taking advantage of your paying members. The spinning bikes you have are a health hazard and you will be liable for any injuries that will be cause by those old bikes in that studio. I attended the class and the chair kept on sliding down on its own, do you know the potential injury that could be caused by that if I am spinning at a high pace sitting down then the next thing I am down to my knees. For a gym that's not even 2 years do we deserve old machines from an old club, come on now don't take us for granted. I will stop doing spinning class up until you replace the old bikes with the new ones and I will warn people about your gym to stay away up until you take us serious. Should I witness a person getting injured as a result I will make sure they report and claim for injuries.

Frozen account
i opened an account for my kids 4 months ago. The 1 account s frozen due to FICA documents which were sent 4 month ago. i check today and the damn account is still frozen. i called my private banker and 15 minutes later i am still holding listening to this music that's making noise in my ears. if they cannot open the account kindly bring back the money deposited and close the account immediately.
