Bad Customer Service
Opened a Cheque Account, switched my Debit Orders. Went through bad times and CANCELLED ALL MY DEBIT ORDERS!!! Switched my salary to Discovery Bank ALL THE STANDARD BANK DEBIT ORDERS STILL WENT OFF THE ACCOUNT 🤷🏼♂️ after a made payment arrangements Over R1000 in arrears now with Standard Bank! They can’t help me?

Incompetent MTN
First month that I am with MTN WiFi through Axxess. No Internet from Tuesday 13/09 up to today! Numerous calls to Axxess with no resolve? Incompetent Whatapp group that does nothing to assist! I work for Vodacom, previously had Telkom WiFi….where do I go now?

Every month I get throttled! My payments are more than up to date? Why must I still continue with this poor service? Or will Telkom blame load shedding like all the other Government institutions? Gatvol! This month is the last! I will go over to Vodacom end July! Bye bye Telkom WiFi, you guys are the worst!!!!!

Bad Customer Service
My wife bought a bulk pack of Pork on Sunday 29/05. Got home and proceeded to repack the meat to smaller portions. The Pork was rotten! Today 01/06 I had time to return the Rotten Pork. The Customer Service agent was very friendly, asked for my slip? I did not have one, she proceeded to ask the Manager. Manager, don’t remember his name, did not look at me, no apologies for the Rotten Pork! Simply said to the agent “Ja” Very unprofessional attitude, no respect for Customers! I strongly advise Checkers Management to review CCTV footage to confirm my complaint! Time of entry to Checkers Whiteriver Crossing approximately between 16:00-16:19. Details in the Returns Book

Extremely Dishonest KFC branch
Riverside mall KFC - extremely disappointed!!!! Drive through paid for a 15 piece Barrel-received only 14 pieces! Must I count every piece before I drive off!!!! I will not go back! For 1 x piece-KFC has lost a customer, also a family, also every person I meet that wants a KFC barrel!
