My client was expecting her delivery from Makro today via your courier. Mbali from your side calls my client just after 10 to tell them they need to be at the house coz the driver is "almost" there. Mind you, she was at work and dropped everything and rushed lo and behold 25mins,30mins,1hr passes mind you the nrs provided by value chemicals do not ring. Only they can get hold of them for some odd reason. Fine then Akesh/Akash who I presume is of seniority as they kept referring to him. Akesh/Akash calls my client after to tell her delivery will be done by 5pm latest 5:30pm. They postponed leaving for Jhb for Xmas this afternoon as they were awaiting their couch which was said will be delivered on two different times today this was not done!!!! Makro promise was delivery on the 23rd. I ensure my client that delivery will be done by the 23rd as I have been working with Makro and their delivery has always been top tier. From the drivers contacting me timeously to ensure that my parcel is successfully delivered to a courier company that has no ****** idea what is customer service as all their promises were nothing but pure lies!!! I am beyond upset!! Value express is not only destroying the trusts my client have for me in terms of delivery but have also failed to uphold Makro promise to ensure delivery will be done. As of this moment, I do not care what you do but you will get this parcel delivered in the morning!!!!! This will be the last order I do with Makro. Whats even worse I honestly believe Akesh/Akash purposefully mentioned an after 5pm delivery as he knows they would have already knocked off. Such nonsense is not even done by drivers from ****** SHEIN. Blatantly refused to provide the courier guys number inorder to get an honest response. These are my clients! My name is Zinhle N****wana. I lay my complaint today with regards to Checkers Liquor Gateway. Last week Thursday I went with my friend to purchase a 1l dry red wine. Whilst at the till at about 19:46 purchase was done and we were then trying to assist a gentlemen on the next till with regards to Xtra savings card. The wine was paid for and forgotten at the till. Friday after work we came straight to an Indian lady who is the manager and zI was dismissed and told that it's very busy in the shop Normally in retail if such happens and it's very busy, a manager would request a day to look into the footage and rectify the matter. She instead is doing nothing about the situation which leads me to think she is protecting her employee. You would expect such happen in taverns and not a big brand like Checkers Liquor which has happened to me. I know demand the footage of the date 27 November 2025 at 19:46 which will clearly show us paying for the wine and forgetting it. I have my bank statement as proof. DZA000992770 DPD/ DAWN WING. My Amazon parcel was scheduled to be delivered today by this company. When you google their number for DPD 0106002323 yet when you call it says you are through to Dawn Wing. At 12:09 today my parcel updated to delivered mind you, no call, no buzzing of security to let the driver in. The instructions and floor number and cell number was clear.. Never was I contacted. It gets worse, after seeing this I immediately contact the contact center for urgent assistance only to be met with useless agents who are just awaiting the clock to go on so they can log out . No sense of urgency at all only we will escalate to operations and no they will not transfer me. They could have easily contacted the driver to quickly rectify his mistake immediately. I have worked with Courier IT, Courier guy, RAM couriers and if their is a problem, the AGENTS PUT YOU THROUGH TO OPS AND THE DRIVER GETS CONTACTED IMMEDIIATELY. Also, how do you easily HAND OVER a clients parcel without them providing you with a delivery pin or even you verifying their ID to confirm if it is indeed the client. You don't even call the client yet you are delivering for them in a building????????? Is this how your company *****s other peoples parcels???????. I am proceeding to open a case by 3:30pm if my parcel is not with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No feedback has been given after 2 hours of reporting this matter, spoke to agents, tls. All the same
Woolworths decides to hand me over to mbd for a missed payment of 2 months!!! I had sent them an email when I was a little bit better that payment will be made on the 21st September. I have been sick and have recently regained proper consciousness. I have event sent an email directly from mine. My voice was not coming out hence agent would not even bother for 5 seconds on the phone to try and hear what I was saying as my voice had been barely coming out!! Please fix this immediately as your payment will be made by Sunday 21 September 2025. Very unhappy with the level of service you provide to your clients when they are frail even after communication received from my personal email. Fix this immediately!!
STANDARD Bank has handed my credit card over which is not even a full 1 MONTH IN ARREARS. I was undergoing traditional initiation and therefore did not have my phone with me. I have call recordings and emails of my sister who would communicate with agents and advise that I was undergoing the process of initiation hence my phone remained with her. She also advised as a date for my return. STANDARD BANK NEEDS TO RETURN MY ACCOUNT BANK TO THEM SO I CAN START MAKING PAYMENTS. IT'S COMPLETELY ******* THAT FOR A CLIENT WHO HAS BEEN PAYING YOUR CREDIT CARD MONTHLY ALL OF A SUDDEN I STOP PAYING AND THE FIRST THING YOU DECIDE TO DO IS HAND ME OVER WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF NOT PAYING IT'S NOT EVEN 1 ****** MONTH!!!! WHAT ****ES ME OFF IS THAT I AM LISTENING TO THE RECORDINGS AND MY SISTER REPEATEDLY ADVISED AS TO WHY I AM UNABLE TO ANSWER AND SHE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS RESPONDING TO YOUR EMAILS. Capitec Bank Missing payments dept has no sense of urgency!!!! REF No: 136208396 I called in at 07:40am to report a payshap payment that did not reflect in my absa account and was not reflecting in my Capitec account. Even the proof of notification account was dated for the same date however at a future time. Transaction made at 06:57am however the payment notification was dated 08:57am. Advised matter will be treated with urgency which is not the case. I am without my bp medication and my bp is currently high. I cannot purchase it due to Capitec not refunding my money and not having access to my money. IF I DIE PLEASE NOTE IT WAS CAPITEC FAULT. CAPITEC BANK HAS FAILED ME.
DSTV I would like to say thank you to Khusela who went above and beyond to resolve my query which exist due to your finance team which are ***********. Khusela went the extra mile managed to assist and reconnect my services all whilst staying calm. I appreciate that. Now here is the PROBLEM. Your FINANCE TEAM keep failing to allocate payment and as a result my dstv gets disconnected. I have sent pop on my side. However, Khusela did advise due to your FINANCE TEAM who are failing to allocate my payment. My dstv will keep getting disconnected everyday. How is this my fault???!! I have spent R200 worth of airtime calling and holding on the contact center. I have receipts as well as recordings. My dstv parent is R610 which I had paid R680 and pop provided alone in the past 2 days I have spent an additional 200 calling and getting you to reconnect my service. I hereby DEMAND that you will reduce my monthly service fee to R410 for this coming month as I have spent R200 in airtime sorting out your finance teams incompetence. Let alone the fact that she advised I will be disconnected again a day or 2 later because your finance department incompetence. It's not rocket science to allocate the payment. Furthermore I demand that my money I spent calling you to either be reimbursed or installment reduced for the coming month as I cannot suffer due to your finance team incompetence. I want a way forward as in yesterday!!! Failure to resolve this issue amicably I will be ending my services with you and switch to Waka TV just like every other South African. Order # 301247316 I ordered a Rizzen 200W Portable Power Station which arrived in a dirty box as if it had been kept away for a long time under piles of dust. That was fine. I begin to use my power supply which is faulty. On full charge it lasts for just over an hour and 5mins. This is a 200w product mind you I had previously bought a power supply at Game called Magneto 150W this last 3x more than that of the Rizzen 200w which should last way longer. Incredible connection delivered a faulty product to me. Assist immediately with a refund as this is a total *******!! A fan and charger and this thing lasts for an hour and 5mins, My magneto 150w plugs tv, fan and charger and lasts way longer. Assist with refund.

He goes to deliver at the incorrect address who is he delivering to . Proceeds to spend minutes at the address inorder to reward himself with my ****** food . AS YOU READ THIS I HOPE YOU CHOKE AS YOU REWARD YOURSELF WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY. Delivery fee was R18. UBER EATS TAKE YOUR DELIVERY FEE AND REFUND MY MONEY!!!!
