Poor service. Their lies are out of this world. Buy a car there at your own risk
You only matter to them when you are buying. They are not transparent more especially for a first time buyer like me. I was promised R10k cash back, never received it. I was then told stories. Received a wrong vehicle, wrong transmission and was told that can only be changed afterwards, now I want to change. No one cares,im stuck with a vehicle I can't utilize.All decisions are never discussed with you as a client, you get **** to.
The best abs easiest meal to prepare but was very disappointed on the Spar buy two tins for R50, both of them were rotten, smelling and looking rotten, coming off in pieces. Please note, none of them expired which makes me believe it is not Spar's fault but the manufacturer.
Excellent service from Mr. Gregory Watkins, I hope I got his name right. Such a professional , very patient and he was updating my colleagues and I on each step taken to resolve our line issue. Long story short, our problem was resolved.
Bad customer service, unprofessional consultant, one said to me Hai suka mahn after asking her to say the amounts in figures and stop referring them as the balance, I need to know how much is the balance in rands. They asked for my POP, I sent it and I'm still awaiting feedback after 3 weeks. Why debit my Acc for a funeral cover I canceled? A funeral cover that was not throughly explained to me?
Good day Beares furniture Mbombela by brown st have the best service, I was looking for two items, I compared the stores. Their prices are almost the same but the service at beares made me buy there. Oh I should have taken the lady's name, the consultant is a star. She made sure she closes that sale! Can't say the same with Lewis, I got the there and yuuuuuu everyone was sitting down, they looked at me from the toe to the head, I didn't even check their prices, I went out immediately.
Bad customer service, they don't explain correct T's&C's and then later blame you, one consultant called and said to me, why didn't I google their terms and conditions. Really? I was not advised that I needed to Google thats the reason I was asking questions.
The customer service at pep, bloed mall is very very bad, only one lady was assist such a long queue, I think her name is Eunice if I'm not mistaken and honestly nobody cared, one customer, a male complained to this other lady with short hair, her response was so unpleasant, anyway I bought two pairs on promo, I wasn't aware of this promo, it is not stated anyway that if I buy two I get a discount as there are two different sizes, unfortunately one pair is small, went back to pep at Madiba st, there was no way I'd go back to bloed mall, the customer service at Madiba was/is good until the other lady, who I assume is the manager said, "when she want to buy, she goes to bloed but for exchange, she comes here😳" are you not one division? Sales wise, makes sense but did she have to? Anyway unfortunately they couldnt exchange for me because I should have brought the other pair because of the discount given, this other pair is already at another province, what do I do? Get stuck with a pair I'm not going to use, please bare in mind I use money to visit the above two stores. Above all the customer service is very very poor, Foresthill was the best.
Such at bad attitude from Molebatse at PTA central, Andres st. Wow the way she rolled her eyes, I wonder if that's how you explain the process to your client, after so many bad experiences, am I going to bank with capitec? Never. Having to use Cardless Services, it's fine while I'm waiting from my card which went through the ATM, and your consultant have the audacity to tell me it's not the Atm's fault, well your ATM which was okay when I was using it, decided to go "out of service" while I was still using.
Ackermans Foresthill is the best in bad attitude, no improvement whatsoever. The cashier Mosebo was nice, very nice though but the managers attitude is just out of this world. Bought 3 packs for R69 and one was missing, this means I'm only getting 2 for the price of 3 which I didn't have a problem with,however the was no apologies, nothing, the manager is aware and she just didn't bother to attend to this instead I received looks, bad looks for that matter, no one knew where the other pack is, that alone is worrying, so no one cares about the stores inventory. Anyway I didn't mind getting 2 instead of 3 for the same amount but I'm against attitude. My slip reflects 2 instead of 3 but can bad attitude change.
