From the business Banker, to the personal Banker, the service has been pathetic thus far. I've been lied to and not even responded to on many occasions, I cannot believe as a bank the kind of service provided. I've requested information from my business Banker beginning of November who has not bothered yo get back to me, the personal Banker lied to me about so many things that I told him not to bother opening any account for me as I don't trust him. I would like someone to contact me regarding this, I would like to change the Banker and sort my accounts as needed.
I had the most amazing Sweepstar assigned to me. She was incredibly helpful and went the Extra mile and for that I'm truly grateful because my job requires alot of attention and I didn't have to micro manage her at all. She was so forward thinking and was a breath of fresh air for me. Thank you Moeakae Agnes Lekhoakhoa for the amazing service provided. ❤️
On my Birthday the 16th of August I randomly looked for a different restaurant to celebrate with friends. 6 of us done the 3 course menu and 3 people ordered normally. When ordering starters, a friend asked is the calamari fresh, to which the waiter said no its I&J frozen calamari, and it's average. It took a long time for him to come back to the table most of the time. When we asked about the mains he said the portions are very small for the ribs and venison, when the meals arrived we noticed that the ribs were actually a decent portion. When asking about the deserts we were told the ice cream is country fresh and we had to wait for someone to go and buy it. There were many complaints and we never enjoyed the experience especially the service, I was so embarrassed because the waiter almost didn't like the restaurant who didn't speak anything positive into the menu, and by me inviting everyone to this place I did not know where to hide myself. I'm not sure if it's just the set 3 course menu that is of that quality, but honestly the value and service really did not meet the price or location. The restaurant looks the part and was excited to visit until it unraveled. I visit restaurants very often and I assure you I'm not being over critical, if it were just me or 1 other person my review would have been a good one, but the fact that we all had a bad experience speaks volumes. Last night all those people were at Jake's tokai, and not 1 complaint, yes more expensive but the service and quality matched the price. After reviewing their Google page as above, they asked me to email and they would contact me, I have yet to hear from them despite a followup email, it's clear the response was to show they respond to reviews.
Always having problems with these people, they are totally unorganised and their after service is pathetic. I had a broken tooth a moth ago and went to the dentist, I call in today as the entire filling has broken out again, now being in extreme pain, they telling me it's not an emergency??? Giving me details of another dentist in kroomboom??? I had the same issue twice with my daughter's, we see the doctor and when we need a follow up they don't call back, tell us they not able to see us etc, pathetic....
I requested a quote for a loan a few days ago and now my account is being debited for a subscription fee... All the contact numbers for this company are unreachable.... They provide contact numbers for cancellations but not contactable for the last 2 days
Horrible service, for the last 2 months I been having problems where I cannot receive calls, I'm am continuously given codes to punch in and the problem persists... I was then told they having problems with all numbers ported from MTN which was resolved for about 2 weeks. At this point there are many people telling me that when they dial my number it says "the number you dialled does not exist" yet I have voicemail on my number, certain people get through and certain don't, the number linked to out intercom cannot contact me, my wife which is also in the cell c network has a problem calling me, however if she calls from her work phone she gets through.... Yet cell c tells me they will escalate the issue, they then send me a message giving me a reference for the escalation, I then have my phone ring twice, a call from cell c , the call then cuts and I receive a message saying my line is active therefore the issue is resolved????????????????? I call back, told I was being put through to the technical Dept and the call was cut upon transferal. If I cannot get this sorted in the next 48 hours I am porting all 6 numbers I have with cell c to a different network...
For 3 months I have been asking to speak to a manager despite technicians coming out 5 times... I am paying for a service that I am not receiving, 2 prior complaints on hello Peter and still no response... I home school 3 children, all schooling is done online. Clearly the issue is not being resolved when the technicians are sent out, why would a team leader, manager or anyone that can make a decision call me??? Spoke to someone at the call centre today and they refused to escalate the issue. We are so frustrated with using Telkom as a service provider...This is the last time I complain or ask for the problem to be resolved, I cannot afford 2 months downtime out of 3 months. I need a stable service, it is understandable for things to go wrong at times however with Telkom as a service provider it is all the time. I NEED FEEDBACK & THE PROBLEM RESOLVED ASAP!!!
