Very good packages, Superflex, but to sort out issues on this online package is a dawnting task. Busy now for two weeks and still no end in sight. I pay for something I cannot use, similar to Eskom
I got responses very quickly! Have not use any services yet, so I cannot comment on the participant performance yet!
Second day I have to call in to ask for help on no internet. I locked a query, still nobody has phoned me! why having a query option in the first place? Second day hang on for about 10 minutes to speak to consultant, at least he could tell me the open serve provider had problems in my area. Third day, When I looked at outages, it is closed, the problem Open Serve had. All my neighbors have working internet, I still do not have. Try to call, when asked to confirm my cell number, voice tells me I did not enter a number. So flippen frustrating!!!! Query does not help, phoning does not help, how the hell can they be contacted??
Online shopping is not well supported. Order a phone 4 weeks ago and no support from Cell C at all. No follow ups to find out if I have my phone or not. They use Ram couriers and the communication between them and Rsm is non existent. They do not hsve z plan B to help the customer. I am with Cell C all my life and still that does not count for anything. They've got their money and I do not have my product, nice one!
Four weeks still no show. An agent / courier phone on a Friday me to say they will deliver on Monday, well no one showed up. Then someone phoned me on Saturday to deliver the phone without prior notice, guess whatno one was home. Wednesday someone phones to say they are at my house to deliver the package, guess what I do not work from home as I told Ram office staff on numerous occasions. I will ask Cell C to never use such a useless company for deliveries. Never again even if it is the last courier company in the whole world
Ram agent phones me a week after complaining that I have not received my order from Cell C. He phones me on Friday to confirm delivery on Monday, 20th January. Today is Tuesday, 21 January, no delivery yet. When I phoned Ram this morning, I was told they have not received the confirmation of change of adress from Cell C. Then why phone me confirming delivery to the correct adress. Somebody is asleep at the switch. How does this company exist for do ling if internal systems fail them?
I had to do a sim swop due to my wife losing her phone. I chose to go to Cell C shop in Cape Gate mall, because I had a friend who recently lost R30 000 through somebody else donig a sim swop using his details. I prefer to work and see the peoples' names and detsils etc, helping me. So if there is any fraud, I know who was involved and that would help police and investigators finding culprits easier. However at the shop they asked me to remember the last five numbers my wife has dailed, before they could assist. If we can't remember then they can't help and only online people can help, who by the way, did not even ask the last five numbers! How pathetic is that? My wife can't even remember where she left her phone, how would she remember the last five numbers dialed in a specific order? For me as the customer it is all about safety, nobody would be willing to pay back the R30 000 if somebody gers access to my bank account! So why can't I choose the safe way. The people helping me online in English, their 2nd or 3rd language, with names you have to take 15 minutes to write down and confirm etc. Pathetic Cell C I am dissapointed being such a loyal customer for so long, you did not take or help me in my distress!
Four weeks waiting on microwave to be repaired! Thanks Makro for poorest service you can imagine yourself. Never ever again will I make that mistake of buting someghing at Mskro! I will make sure everybody I know also knows it!
I've purchased a Panasonic microwave (NN -ST955S)from Makro Cape gate. The microwave lasted a week when it stopped heating. It goes on but no heating. I took it in to Makro where they told me according to their policy, they will return it to the supplier for assessment and then phone me with the outcome. I waited two weeks then they told me it was ready for collection. Again it lasted a week with the same results. They then gave me my money back. I bought the same product because I thought it was just a failure of one product. The next microwave lasted me 10 months, then the same problem occurred. Now I've been waiting two weeks and nothing yet. When I went there, they are waiting on parts and can't say how long I still have to go without the microwave. I suggest that if you have a policy like that, after two weeks at least give the customer his money back, the voucher you give him/her is anyway for Makro again, so Makro won't loose the sale anyway. I am very upset that I've made a mistake twice buying electrical stuff at Makro! I have the inconvenience of not having a microwave for three or more weeks and they absolutely do not care at all! Panasonic use to be a good name but I am not so sure anymore. No more Panasonic products for me ever again!
