Game promenade customer service is the worst so on Saturday i went to go buy something there as i took out my wallet i had an item in my hand that i bought at another shop and l placed the item on the counter to take my wallet out to pay so i walked out and forgot the item on the counter went back on Sunday to ask if they did not get the item in the lost and found box was send from pillar to post and information desk said that they cant do anything its not their problem its my fault that i left it there went back on Monday to speak to the manager was told the manager is not there and there is no manager on duty and still not got the item i left there but will be taking everything back to game that i bought there and will go buy it somewhere else and i've also logged a complaint with the ombudsman
This is the best supermarket to go and shop and the stuff is always very friendly and management always go out of their way to get you want you want and they always have specials and promotions we only buy from them best place to go,and you feel welcome and and at home when you enter.
Last week Tuesday I got in the merry dale bus going from town to Mitchell's Plain the driver clipped my card twice when i asked him why he ignored me and told me its not his problem lay a complaint so i got home and called Golden Arrow customer service spoke to an agent and explained to her what happened she listen and logged a complaint and told me that i will receive a call within 48 hours that was last week Tuesday its Tuesday and still not received a call yet will take this further
Vodacom refuse to give me my airtime that is lost and customer service agent palesa mkosi is rude and the manager I spoke to themba mcube from the Johannesburg call centre they told me that I will nor get my money and the manager told me it's not his problem and said I should go away I will report this to the ombudsman and leave vodacom worstnet work ever to think I joined a month ago so going back to mtn this weekend
So I went to shoprite in golden acre Cape town standing at the money market waiting for the consult standing there for almost 3 minutes not being helped so I said sorry a few times can you help me and excuse me but no she is busy doing her own thing knocked on the counter and then she just asked what I'm like I would like 2 sim cards to be ricad she asked me what do you have and I'm like I want 2 sim cards and she takes my drivers license and walks away and I asked her should I wait here or go with and she dnf answer and come back and said no you can't use ur drivers license so I asked why not and she said she don't know and I asked to speak to the manager and she just said go look for him on the floor and went on with her thing so I spoke to the manager Cidwell and he listened and told me he will seal with her and apologised not even taking my details I just left
<p>Star Sat Mitchells Plain branch is the worst on going issues since last year july and still not resolved and to top it all when I went into the branch yesterday the consultant told me that I need to sort out my problem my self or call the complaints line and when I told the manager about the consultants attitude the manager told me that there is nothing he can do about the consultant call complaint line.</p>
