Bought the Kia pegas @ Hyundai Plokwane used cars beginning of Nov 25. No registration authority expired, driving with expired Authority. Please help I tried to push to do follow up but failed decimally. I'm preparing to return the car to the dealership now.
I courier the goods to mahikeng since last week Tuesday till today the goods have not been delivered. I paid R129. Yesterday I called I was told that the goods will be delivered yesterday. The goods were not delivered when I called today . Lady by the name of Lesedi is giving me a new company numbers by the name Aramex to track my goods there. She is even telling me Noni the one who captured this on the system is not at work today. Pple of SA when u need courier services avoid postnet as much as u can especially centurion lifestyle.
Service of fnb mortgage section is very pathetic. I've been struggling for a week to get documents to settle my mortgage. To top it all today I'm at the Reds mall Fnb 6 days after I requested the documents. I was put on the phone to speak to Tsholofelo at their home loan branch who failed decimals to assist and end up dropping the phone whilst on loud speaker the consultant who was with me trying to explain issues to her.
I placed an order via whatsup on the 25 Jan 24, I paid the money and even on my bank statement it shows an amount of R502.47were paid via the link they send me on whatsup. Up to date I didn't receive my order. The order no. Was 94556. Please guys be carefull. I tried to communicate my issue via whatsup, email no fruitful outcome. I'm just left with one option of opening a police case cause I'm a pensioner who really worked hard for that money.
Excellent service received from the key west mall Mr Price store. Very professional and happy bunch even if it was hectic and a lot of pple to serve. I was not there to shop but ended up buying cause of the attitude of the employees.
This morning I took my car for service @ mazda centurion. The service there is so pathetic. I arrived around 8:AM the driver came shortly to transport pple on the waiting area that is so shabby without water or even coffee. He left us telling us in 2 minutes will be back. He came back @9:25 & leave us there again. I reported this to the pple working @ service department nothing was done and I had to request Bolt pay for that unplanned trip. I will never buy a car from Mazda ever again in my life.
Vodacom deducted money from my bank, to my knowledge I don't have any contract with them. When one try to enquire its the robot addressing you all the time can't you hire some more personell, what's your problem?.

We are an xmas ladies club, invested our monies from the beginning of the year. We have been saving with absa centurion Branch for more than 10yrs. This year we submitted all our documents due to the fact that we were replacing some signatories. Our funds were due to be withdrawn on the 19 Nov 2021. When we went to the branch on the 20 Nov 2021 to withdraw the money we were referred to the banker by the name of Ansie whom apparently is working on our account whom we gave all the documents. Long & short till today we have not received money and the other ladies are on our case cause this money was saved to buy on Black Friday sale.
I highly appreciate the service I received from lodging in my vehicle accident claim, the lady who recruited me lodged the claim for me, A****aker Williams Claims consultant Discovery Insure was allocated to assist me, he did this excellently so. I had several vehicle covers before but never received such excellent service. Thumbs-up discovery ensure for hiring such expects.
