I have being usingmaybelline superstay 24hr for the past 25 years and extremely disapointed with the new product no full cover at all can we please get our old super stay....Change is good i guess was a wrong turn ..why fix whats not broken..Eyeliner doesnt stay long as well.. What is happening do you have new supplier please go back to the only supplier.. your customers are suffering espcialy me..I dont know what to use anymore..
Hi firstly I would like to emphasis that I've been your customer for quite some time now. Since you open the first shop in Hillbrow. I received best service now for the pass two week am buying at Pritchard and Krius worse service ever. We must wait for almost an hour for chicken only..this happen two weeks ago..today am going the again but am sure that it will be the same story.
BAD SERVICE I open a new acc on the 6th July i was informed that the card will be available within 2-3 working day now i see an email that CCD couriers are trying to get hold of me and i didn't receive any calls from then. i opt for collection because i dont want to be charged for delivery. I want to collect my card by saturday if not then FNB will pay me cash my salary because i wont be able to get my salary next week. ntsoaki qhala 0847672100. Walk in there comes MPHO NXUMALO ungiphaphela asking me to buy her tyres for her car i don't know her am just a customer she is not even greeting me uphapha may she was thing that am working for tyres company because of my uniform i had make sure to tell that read my T-shirt i don't work for a tyres company. She was very rude with that approach no manners at all. And another issue cosmetic department around eyeshadow area no assistance at all. BAD

We were late however the security allowed us in.</p> <p>As i was checking my pair of jeans this lady staff says sivalile ( we are closed) I ignore her then i went to fit my jean. The other ladys were cleaning the floor then i heared a lady screeming were are these customers they must go.. hawu ;( but i wanted pay i couldnt because the sercurity was rude tell the other staff members that we must leave the shop.. why did she allowed us in if she knew that they were closed. the lady and a gentlemen from costumer service desk wanted to assit me but i was very angry i refused to pay as well because of the think that were said . </p> <p>I this is how ackermans stores treats the customers i will never do my shopping there again in Kempton park square. </p> <p> </p>
