Dear Telkom, I as a parent are really disappointed in how you treat my daughter as a client. With all the proof that we have I will support my daughter to take Telkom to court after numerous visits to Telkom to sort out her account you handed her over for legal action and with all the reviews on hellopeter your name represent you not good at all. You even made her pay for a watch she never received. What kind of business is Telkom? You want R20 000 from her and she paid over R26 000 so who took the money????
I had a with wi-fi contact Vodacom for 24 months for 150gig for R742per month some months they have robbed me from my data on which I had filed a complaint. In the 24 month i have never ever skipped one payment or made a late payment on my account which I have prove off. So on 13 March2021 I have wrote an email to Vodacom to cancel my contact which they never have replied on then they phone me jus before my contract is over to offer me another one for R200 and something and I declined it as I said I rather use Telkom or Rain which is cheaper and uncapped. So till 3 May2021 Vodacom continue to deduct money from my account without my permission as my contract had expired on the end of March no they have blacklisted me as a bad payer and non payer for not paying my account till October 2021 as I have proof that I am using Rain and Telkom. So now I have to clear my name on my credit score which shows I am a default payer so my question is canI sue Vodacom for this and with paying all the lawyers cost.
Since November 2021 I struggle with cartrack to get a contract from them which they said I have signed and never received one they deducted 3 different amounts from my bank account R129/R310/R169 all on one car then they keep harassing me to pay my accounts as this is a new car that I have bought I don’t know who put all 3 of this cartrack things in as it was not me , cartrack send me a contract from a male person with the voice conversation he made payment arrangements for the R310 as I blocked his deduction from my bank account I have received mail which he wrote to cartrack as they want to blaclisted him from not paying his account. On my previous complaint I have posted cartrack said they will resolve my problem (still nothing is resolved) No contact/money go off my account / what type of people did you employed? I believe you wouldn’t know which 3 accounts to chase if my car get stolen.
Sales at Toyota don’t do AA inspection when they sell you a car. So I was exited to buy my first new car cash just to discover it was in an accident and they never noticed it, so I gave them the car back and they replaced it with another car still they did not do a AA inspection on the car they wrote on the papers the car had 21 000km on the clocks but it had 23 000km on and I had to send the car back for brakes and a new clutch which they did fix a week ago. Since I bought the car in November I am still waiting for the owners manual for the car, maybe if it wasn’t a cash deal I would have had better service. So please Toyota sales I want my owners manual
Really bad service! Since I bought my Car, Toyota activate my tracker, I struggle for two months to get the app to work just to find out my cartrack is not activated, just when the app work I notice 2 cars on the app with the same registration in 2 different towns I wrote them an e-mail to fix it with no reply from them I even wrote to the CEO, now they try to take a double payment from my bank for the two cars, so I stopped the debit order. I must pay R141 a month you can’t get your app to work they don’t reply to your email you can’t get to contact them through the app. So yesterday I deleted the app and download it again and the same problem all over you can’t login again so how in the world will you ever get response from Cartrack when your car get stolen. With my previous car and Netstar I never had any problems

You are stealing money from our account on behalf of telkom after the 2 years contract with bad service and we ask you that we do not want to continue and it is almost 4 years now you keep on taking money and we do not get any service every month the amount is between R393-R584 for what, you send us a mobicell phone and no oaperwork or leagal contract and no router, you and telkom are bad thiefs. They quote us R15 000 to move our furniture from Cape Town to Krugersdorp in a 8 ton truck. So we received our furniture in a 6 ton truck wich was loaded with half of other peoples stuf and half of our furniture so I contact Ashley who seems to be the owners and she just say sorry so since June 2017 till today we are still waiting for the rest of our stuff she don't answer her phone and don't respond to my e-mails even the guy Promise who works for her took our stuff to a storeroom and don't reply to me so I can go and fetch my stuff he even sent me pictures of my stuff and promise he will deliver it but still nothing the cost now is over R38900.
