I am upset to the point where I am going to the media about this. I have been rejected finance for a vehicle because of NIMBLE. I PAID OFF my EDGARS account through you - REF 6EDC21634 - I have the letter for this as well, but according to my EXPERIAN report, I still owe Edgars R1088.00 . This has been going on for MONTHS where your employee Nonzukiso promised me weekly that I will receive a paid-up letter, only to find it has been dated JULY 2021. This is pathetic service and now it is still not fixed. Because of you, it shows that the last time I paid that account was in JULY 2020. That is a whole year of defaults. To add insult to injury, you are handling my CELL C account which has PRESCRIBED and is WRITTEN OFF, which I AM PAYING MONTHLY TO YOU. My current balance is R6200.00 but my credit report shows that I still owe Cell C R15 200.00 i am furious - you have WRECKED my life. Do not phone me. EMAIL me because all you do is lie to me.
I have been paying Nimble for a PRESCRIBED account for months now. My credit profile shows that I am R17000 in arrears for a cell c account - AND that I owe Nimble money, when Nimble actually took my account. Nimble has prevented me from getting car finance.
I went in to Cell C Polokwane without knowing which phone to select, the consultant handed me a brochure and convinced me to take a Galaxy A70. In the Contracts catalogue she showed me the deal, how much I would pay and what I would receive. I was supposed to receive a Bluetooth earphone set and a powerbank but she said that I would need to come back the next week for the accessories as they do not have stock. Because I live in Pretoria, I sent a friend twice to collect and they said there's no stock and that the deal was expired. I phoned the branch 3 times to speak to the lady, even phoned her on her personal phone (she told me to phone her when I come to collect my accessories) and still nothing.... It has now been 4 months. I have spoken to everyone in that branch, they say they'll phone me back after speaking to the manager. I have sent about 4 emails to complaints and customer care... no avail. I have phoned cell c... nothing. I have lodged complaints on the app... nothing. I want to cancell my contract as I'm paying more than I was supposed to, I'm getting poor service.. I'm being conned with accessories and generally just disgusted.
I work in Pretoria West, on Mitchell Street. Every week, there is a group of sales people from the unlimited that come to our office to try and fool us (again) into signing up. Our work is very stressful, and our phones are constantly ringing, and we have customer's that are standing by our counters, eager to get their problems solved and having their businesses run smoothly again. (We give technical solutions to mines, powerplants, etc) Last week, the group came, again. Arrogant, unprofessional, loud and obnoxious. The group of 6 walked in, took seats and I immediately told them that we do not have time for their sales pitches, just like the 6 weeks previously. They said they will not leave until we have heard and signed for the new "deal". This "deal" was the same "limited time offer" they sold me LAST YEAR - where two of us at the office cancelled our subscription due to CONSTANT phone calls.. even at 7:30 AT NIGHT. The head talker in the group then said they are not moving, and i should bring him coffee. HONESTLY???????!!! Each aggravated and stressed out customer that walked through that door was bombarded by them, in which I, as the manager, revoked their admission and urged them to leave. THEY STARTED FIGHTING WITH ME, saying i have no right to do so, and they TOOK my colleague's lunch tin FROM HER TABLE, and mocked that they were hungry and want to eat it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IN THE HELL??? They started calling me names, like : "UPTIGHT WHITE *****" and "STUCK UP". I lost my temper, and threatened to call the police. They LAUGHED, and said they're waiting. I phoned the police station down the road, to have them removed. They ran. This is a formal notice, that the next group of your sales people that come in to our offices, will be forcibly removed and prosecuted.
I'm not sure whether working for Mr Price is a torture or not, because the attitude at Mr Price Wonderboom Junction, is t.e.r.r.i.b.l.e !! The women packing clothes just plonk it down and stuff it wherever there's space and the lady on the furthest left of the counter has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE S****S. We greeted her, happily whilst looking her in her eyes.. and she rolled her eyes, and started shouting at the cleaner behind us, laughing about how badly she does not want to be working that day. Honestly, if i wasn't as shocked as I was, i would've given her a piece of my mind. I also work retail - and I've never hated my job so much that I needed to ignore a customer - ohhhh, and she basically threw my card back to me after she swiped it .
I used boodle to help my mother when she had car issues yesterday. I applied for the loan last night at 10, I received the money 11:00 today (Monday). No issues , no high interests. Just helpful. Thank you for an honest and efficient service.
After 3 (failed) attempts my debit orders are still not going through - this better not affect my credit score as i have proof and a witness of a debit order form being handed in and processed.
<p>Ate at this restaurant and my card went through twice. After 7 calls, emailing the manager, sending bank statements and even having the waiter admit the machine was faulted and showed up twice on cashup... no refund or atleast deduction from next visit was given. The hostess, a young girl, was trying her best to assist me but the manager was both times busy drinking with his friends and wouldnt see me. She just gave me a business card and said to come again. </p>
