FANTASTIC service!
Absolutely fantastic service! These guys just deliver fast, friendly and efficiently. I cannot be more impressed with them. Settling my Smart Watch claim in less than 2 days is just remarkable. This not the first time they impress me. It is clearly how they do bussiness.

Fantastic service!
Once again, fantastic service from OUTsurance! The claim went smooth and throughout the process they kept in touch to ensure I am looked after. They just make things so easy when something bad happens. It is a huge load off my shoulders.

Excellent service!
Fantastic service. The lense I ordered was in better condition than I expected. And they had it shipped within 2 hours after I placed the order. I am seriously impressed with these guys.

Terrible services from sales reps
Twice their sales reps promised to call me back at a specific time and twice the promise was not kept. If this is the type of service you get if you want to take out a contract, what would the service be like once you have the contract. Probably just as pathetic.

Definitely worth a visit
We spent 5 hours there with not one moment of boredom. The animals are well looked after and they provide a loving home for animals that would not survive anywhere else. My six year old had a wonderful learning experience and it definitely made her love for animals and nature in general grow a lot. To be able to get so close to the birds is very unique and special.

Exceptionally friendly and efficient service!
Exceptionally efficient and friendly service. Erik Joubert, the salesman, did his best to get me on my way feeling great. He did not come over as your typical salesman, but I felt his friendliness was sincere. Within minutes my car had 2 new tires on and I felt great. It is not often you get this kind of service anymore. Way to go!

Very bad customer service on online purchases
We ordered clothes which was supposed to be delivered within 5 days. It is now 13 days later and it has not been delivered yet. In fact, it is still being processed according to the website. Customer care is not of any use and they now ignore us totally. The promises by their Facebook team also did not deliver anything yet. We will not recommend buying anything from Truworths.

Poor delivery and customer service
Initially they said they will deliver my parcel within 2 days. It has been dispatched on Monday. Still no delivery. I did contact customer care then they promise to talk to the courier and that I should hold on. After 10 minutes of holding on I get cut off. Still no word from them. Very bad customer service

Happyeventssa - be careful
I have reason to believe that this company is involved with a company called "Sugar Plum events" which took many people's money as deposits and then disappearing. They promise to do an event for a very cheap price, but insists on upfront payment of a deposit and then you don't hear from them again. For more information on this, see under Sugar Plum Events. All indications are that Sugar Plum changed their name to Happyeventssa after taking people's money and not delivering any service. Multiple questions I had went unanswered and when I confronted "Willie Lourens" she simply blocked me on Facebook and Whatsapp after reprimanding me for "judging others". Be therefore careful when dealing with Happyeventssa.
