I am extremely livid with Pharmacy Direct again, to date no meds have been delivered to my home address yet it was said to be urgent. I am considering changing to another pharmacy as you are anything but reliable, actually pathetic::(:(:( I hate following up with things that I have paid for, so if my meds are not delivered ASAP, I’m cancelling this whole nonsense. You are so useless to the core!! I can’t live like this, you don’t care anything about people’s lives. You should consider closing your business completely and let people who know customer service do this. I have defaulted for 2 days not on my doing but because of lack of urgency on your part since 15th July. Is this how you care for people using your services? Nothing reliable about Pharmacy Direct
Sometimes as people we are quick to complain yet fail to give a compliment where its due. I have been waiting for my meds since last week after sending all the requirements to Pharmacy Direct, even made alternative arrangements as not to default after speaking to one of your agents. She advised that I would receive my meds this week only. I would like to give a BIG Kudos to Nthabiseng (Agent) who I spoke to yesterday , who then transferred me to Zanele (Manager), who advised that she would get back to me within 5 mins after relaying my frustrations. In less than 30mins, my meds were delivered, impeccable work Zanele and I commend you. If that is not efficient service, really I don't know what is. Please keep up the great work and customer service. I hope this will be the kind of service every client will receive going forward, I am BIG on Customer Service!
These Team of bankers a lot of **** and time wasting. They take too long to respond, was conversing with some Khanyisile Mbele who was as useless as dead horse's behind. A simple instruction takes them 30 mins to response, which results in you having to log back in on this App. This person told me my work PC isn't verified, then my IPHONE is verified, which was total bull as I have been using the same PC for 3 years with no problem. FNB, if you don't want to lose more clients, get rid of such useless people that can't assist clients

Dear Thys and your staff, I would just like to thank you for the outstanding service we received from you and your staff this past weekend. Everything was above board, the place was spotless, your warm welcome and efficient staff, really left my partner and I in total awe. Pity we couldn't join you at church on Sunday morning as we were super bushed. We slept like 2 new born babies, the aura of tranquility we experienced at La Vue literally left is speechless. We couldn't even tell whether it was still at night or in the morning, :). The pool was really warm and inviting, we couldn't resist. The breakfast, scrumptious! I wish more people knew about this intimate place. I think our parents need to come to this hidden sanctuary. GOD BLESS!
HIGHLY IRATE, CELL C IS A RIP OFF. I'M HAVE A BUSINESS CONTRACT WHICH GETS LOADED ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH, THIS MONTH WITHIN A FEW DAYS MY DATA AND WHATSAPP BUNDLES WERE FINISHED. I THOUGHT MAYBE CELL C WILL NOTICE THIS. THE WHOLE OF LAST WEEK I STAYED WITHOUT DATA. TODAY JUST KNOW, I BOUGHT A 1GB AND WITHIN AN HOUR , I AM NOW LEFT WITH 18MB. HOW IS THIS ALL POSSIBLE AS THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. I WANT MY COMPANY DATA AND THE 1GB BACK. THIS IS UTTERLY ABSURD.
My dad would like to thank most heartily the management and staff of Cradle Moon Lakeside Game Lodge for the warm welcome, excellent service and making their stay really worthwhile. SHE INFORMED ME THAT BONITAS WILL PAY R673.82 AND I COUGHED OUT R840 YESTERDAY FOR THE IMMUNIZATION OF MY SON. THE PHARMACIST TOLD ME THAT YOU GUYS ADVISED HIM THAT I NEED TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FROM A DOCTOR 1ST, WHERE AS YVONNE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO NOT INFORM ME OF THAT VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL. I FOUGHT WITH THE PHARMACIST, BUT LATER REALIZED THAT HANG ON HE'S NOT AT FAULT HER, YOUR INCOMPETENT STAFF IS AT FAULT. KINDLY REIMBURSE ME R673.82 THAT I DIDN'T BUDGET FOR. PLEASE BE SO KIND AS TO TEACH/TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO INFORM CLIENTS OF EVERY DETAIL, HOWEVER SMALL IT MIGHT BE. WE COUNT ON THEM TO GIVE US THE CORRECT INFO AS WE ASSUME THAT THEY ARE THE EXPERTS HERE AND I AM A PAYING CLIENT BY THE WAY!!
I would just like to commend Nontuthuko Ndwandwa on the awesome service I received from her. She was helpful and patient. She did her utmost best to find a solution which worked 100%. I have worked in a call centre before and understand how client's can get difficult, but she just maintained her professionalism and gave me world class service. Keep up the great work Nonthuthuko, you are a great asset to Mulltichoice. I thank you
