My account was hacked after being ****** hijacked on bolt. I notified bolt regarding this. A company linked to the bolt platform for advance fuel and vehicles providing you fit there criteria. I am a owner driver on the bolt platform and don't need this option but my account gets deducted before bolt payment is done on a weekly basis. If you don't drive they will still charge you when you start driving. It's like you in arrears and they deduct it before bolt pays you.
Good day I think I'm one of the 1st 100 people to have a BP rewards card. Very disappointing with the service who ever deal with there competitions. With the fuel for joy putting R350+ fuel in your car or buying from the wild bean cafe for R60 uploading the receipt and being a potential winner up until it's verified and they will let you know after 3 days what the out come would be is a lie. I have sent emails after emails not getting answer from the BP help dest. The matter gets escalated all the time and no one gets back to you. You get a reference number but it don't mean anything. The terms and conditions according to BP do not match as what the do.im writing this review in good faith to let BP know we as clients choose you BP due to the points that we earn on pnp and BP rewards. Don't play with people minds and hearts. This is the 1st time this has ever happen to me. I was a potential winner on heart 104.9fm in December 2024. After verification of my details I was awarded by heart 104.9 fm. I can proudly say that heart 104.9fm are not **** when it comes to there competitions. BP if you are not willing to award customers then do not put competitions out for people to enter. I bet I'm not the only customer that had this problem and surely more excuse will follow regarding this issue.
Good day. I was introduced by brother to use rain. With him having no problems with speed, mbps and signal strength I opted to take the 4g and 5g router from rain, even with my WiFi I had. Since day 1 25.01.2025 i started to have problems after problems low speed, low mbps but strong signal. Calling in daily to ask for help get help from there technical department but never did the problem go away. My account being debited on the day problems became worst getting 3mbps while I payed for up to 34 mbps. I have sent emails after emails no one gets back to you. For a full month I payed for something that didn't work as Rain described. I decided to to cancel rain via email, via telephone but on 25.02.25 they deducted my account for payment again after I cancelled and returned what belongs to them in full. I cancelled the contract on the 22.02.2025Never even used there 2 sim cards that I got with the router was still in packaging sealed. Rain was only good for WhatsApp not even good for YouTube or getting a WhatsApp video call. Stay away from Rain as I will surely take this to the ombitsman.
I'm not happy with wsb outcome when you want to cashout. Gambling is gambling but if you win they have a problem to payout. I have lost a good some of money and when I won a it of money I decided let me cash out. I did a cash send cash it via Absa and my payment was pending after 24hrs WSB send me a email that they can't do a payout via credit card but my account link to wsb are a debit card. I deposit from my account. This was the 1st time ever I tried to draw cash. My account is not a credit card account but a debit account. Secondly I did a cash send withdrawal . Thirdly I deposit from my bank account into my wsb account so how can I not have it send to me or do a cash send when the option is there to choose. Due to i couldn't cash out I had to play and I lost everything again. R1400 lost due to me not able to cash out. They don't want you to cash out cash out. Im not happy with this and I will not lay down to this I will take this matter further.
I'm a bolt driver and they are connected to the bolt platform. Bolt deduct money from my weekly earnings on behalf of them smartops. I have contacted both bolt and smartops fleet regarding the issue but bolt insist that on the bolt system I'm registered with smartops fleet that's why the deducting money from my earings which is due to smartops fleet. I have contacted smartops fleet regarding deductions on my bolt account which is payed to them but smartops fleet say they have no data of me being registered to the smartops fleet program. A R130 get deducted from my earings on a weekly for no reason. I asked smartops fleet to send me a email that I'm not registered with them but they don't get back to me.
I like this restaurant as it's easy to get too. The staff is super friendly and very educated in what they must do. When you enter they will assist you as well as to inform you of any promotions. The store are also wheel chair friendly. Store is always clean and staff are neatly dressed. Keep up the excellent service guys.
Good day. I have a complain about 1 of your drivers in cape town. I was in Cape town Somerset road at bp garage. Parking in a parking zone arriving from the pnp express shop. Time 13.35pm Monday 26.02.2024.While sitting in my car , your driver approached me and said I must move not ask. Then I told him I'm not in your way but the vehicle behind you. He was not even in a parking due to a big truck. I spoke nicely to him when he started talking aggressive to me. Asking me why am I looking at him and why am I talking him so loud, which I didn't. While he was pointing at me I got out of me car and ask him what do you mean. He then insisted why are you looking at me. I was shock at this man asking me and telling me what I can and not do. I said call the manager and we can set this straight . The manager then guided him to get him on he's way but then he forced him self to want to drive towards me and bump me but what he don't understand is that he was the one at fault and if he came to ask me in a better way , I may have moved just so that he can leave but instead he taught I was a foreign driver and taught he can walk over me but he was mistaken. I will report this on hello Peter as well as we are all human and we need ro respect each other. This is not giving bidfood / bidvest a good face.This is your truck and registration of truck in cape rown. No response. Regards Nadeem
I once check to get a cell phone contract indeeam rewards contacted me and are debit R79 ever month but I never got the cell phone contract . I want to stop the debit order but no luck anybody out there have the same problem
From 21 October 2023 time 19:35 I have problems loading my electricity on my prepaid meter. I first bought electricity on my banking up I punched it in and it said rejected. I bought the 2nd time on another banking up and the electricity was still rejected. I then went to the near buy shop and bought again and it was rejected again. Today 23 October 2023 time 07:05am I bought R30 airtime to call eskom I was caller 5 . I was helped. Eskom gave me new tokens saying that they busy with an update that's why the tokens I bought was rejected. Because I was not hom to validate the tokens , when I got home 17.30pm to load the tokens it still said rejected I then bought R20 airtime to call eskom, I was caller 19. I ran out of airtime and I had to call again. I then bought R70 airtime again . I was then caller 19 again and waited for my turn. I was then caller nr 1 and waited to be answered and surely my call was dropped. I did not run out of airtime the call was dropped. I checked my airtime and I still had R17 airtime left. My family now have to sit in the dark.
