Where do I start with this pathetic non existent service, I get better guidance and support from google and thats free. Clientele legal takes my money month after month for years and when I reach out to them for assistance they take their sweet time to make contact and assist, they are so useless that I had to take matters into my own hands and resolved a situation on my own account whilst they were still investigating. They do not respond to my emails and requests to be called. Save your money and stay away from Clientele legal.
A sales consultant contacted me and offered me incentives to join the Planet Fitness gym group, after consideration of the applicable discounts and hoodie as a gift I decided to take on a contract. after a few weeks of visiting the gym I enquired when I would receive the hoodie I was promised, they said they were awaiting for my size and would let me know when received. 10 months later and numerous attempts to request this via the westville gym manager, district/circuit manage and multiple emails to the group no one was bothered to give me feedback nor give me what I was owed. This gimmick tactics are there just to get you to sign up, because once you do its a headache to cancel, bunch of *****sters.

Carol Ndima should be fired immediately, this is the definition of useless. This individual does not understand ENGLISH, I have requested to be called back multiple times over the past month yet nothing.
So I changed to Medshield medial aid as I had existing family on the scheme and was happy with the service. Now I regret making the move, Claims are not paid and am given nonsense excuses. pathetic service from *********** consults. Requested call back multiple times and went ignored for weeks, no response on emails. PLEASE stay away from this scheme as they are are bunch of useless individuals.

App**** for the redmi note 13pro launch on a Vodacom upgrade, requested the smart tech add as advertised on social media. Agent sent the phone only without my address on, it's been a week on trying to add the smart tech and now the agent says it can't be done. I have requested 6 times that a supervisor or manager make contact with me to no avail, I have also requested to return the product so now I am being ignored, *********** and ********* staff. Stay away from these *****sters.
27 March 2024 – Gratious Ngobeni – I called and a discount for DSTV premium was supposed to be app****. Recorded call confirmed screengrab was received and app****. 31 March 2024 – R450 payment 3 April 2024 – Call back to verify as I had a notice on my app that I had to pay R1129.66, Calls are recorded, the agent I spoke to confirm my discount was app**** and everything is fine. 9 April 2024 – My services was blocked, I called, and the agent said nothing was app**** to my account and she was not able to assist.
