Absolutely the worst after service I have ever experienced. We spent over R40 000 having our floors done. Not even 3 months later the floor is chipping and cracking throughout. I have tried making contact for over a month and I am either ignored or false promises are made consistently, owner always busy with "other" projects so you take a back seat and have to wait for service -terrible - DO NOT USE this company at all. It might look pretty right after but they skimp on the product , they use only as much cover as minimally required, less than 3mm, so in essence not giving you the full value of your money spent and it doesn’t last. VERY DISAPPOINTING, Terrible service -, stay away.
Do not buy from these people -they are **** artists and do not deliver 0if they do the deliver the wrong product -no customer service -they dont reply on their email -
Needed a V belt replaced as informed by kia -they requested a deposit of 50% upfront, yet Im purchased the vehicle from them for R300k+ ?? They said they were having a problem fitting the belt, so sent the K2500 back to do the job after -they didnt inform, me and requested payment -which we did - now they say Kia does not have stock? Blatant lies and **** service -so sorry I bought the car
One star is too high a rating - these guys are terrible at what they do -poor job and work ethic -they use way too little product and then in 3 months teh floor is cracking-they dont reply or come back to fix or repair, they are a bunch of ****s and a ******* - DO NOT use them -NO after sales service, and your guarantee means nothing -dont get caught on Instagram by them -totally useless and NO business ethics -cannot be trusted
When you actually require support or assistance is when they can only use the FNB App -they cant call, they cannot actually offer any viable advice. Go use an ATM they say -who does that anymore -whats the purpose of the internet and the app - they send OTP's to an old cell number you have not used in months -I have been banking with the app for months now on a new cell number -and suddenly all OTP's go to an old number -??? In that case you cannot reset your details at all. Useless -whats the point of a private banker if they cant help?
Repeatedly call to offer a better service and premium. They waste your time and then dont pay you the R500, when they cant compete. They send an sms with no link to claim and try get a hold of them to pay and they dont answer you - poor to say the least
I am not yet a Discovery insure member...and may not become either? Had a call from a Discovery "person" offering me more affordable insurance - usually I just say no thanks, but this time gave her an hour of my time to ask questions. Info needed which I didn't have whilst driving was 2 ID numbers for my wife and son -she said she would call back the next morning -NEVER HAPPENED? Then I lodged a complaint -Kabelo called and apologised, could not find anything on their system and said it must be a agent that called and that Discovery service is far better - he would sort it out -asked for my ID and email, to which I said "you have all this info as my medical aid is with Discovery already?? He said he would email me so I can reply and attach my current policy, and then he would come back to me after going through this -that was almost a week ago and I am still waiting? Either they dont need/want business or the service is actually that poor.
Got a scratch ****erally) on my rear fender of my ford ranger-quote was R6k-ended up at Danmar as I "thought" they may offer decent service-sent through authorization on 13 April -actually asked how long the job would take -7 days (for such a small scratch) -anyway its past 7 days now -teh estimator only received his email a week later and blamed IT dept -car is nowhere near finished -actually just started after 6 days???? Of course no courtesy cars so its my problem now-will never go there again -oh and they could not be bothered to call and apologise!
<p>Bought an Audi A5, 2011 -drove 3 months and the car packed up. They refused to answer calls or emails, refused to assist in any way whatsoever. IDA could not help and even MIOSA gave up (pathetic)</p> <p>To date I still do not drive the car, its in for wotk every week, costing me a small fortune. If the IDA or MIOSA , never mind the dealer had any integrity they wouod finalise, even if it means finding the owners and prosecuting. </p>
