Debonairs service is disgraceful
I ordered on the 18/07/23 and the transaction could not be fullfilled due to loadshedding however I was not refunded my R131 and when you call Debonairs Lukhanji the people answering the phone have got an attitude.

I have never purchased anything from here, it's my intention to do so. I have been following the account for a while now, during this time all of the questions I had about the business have been answered. The way their customers review the company and what they have to say about it gives me assurance and cer*****y that I will get what I'm looking for. After all these days what your customers say about your product and customer service makes you or breaks you. And I'm convinced.

****py billing system
I am yet to get a response from your department in reference to the query I sent through on the 19th, please advise a way forward, I have paid my bill and left without service because rain decided to bill me after I paid my bill. What happens now because I was cut off for R47 over the R542 I paid you for the month of February. I was told it was being escalated on the 19/02/21 and I am yet to get a response from them.

I paid my bill on the 29th which I was given by rain R542.87 on the 31st they billed me again for R47 my services are now suspended. Why was this amount not added at the beginning, and what is it for after I have paid. I liked rain but I'm beginning to have second thoughts.

Hauwei is the best.
I feel that Huawei mobile is the best I have used my phone for 3 years now and it has not given me any issues it is still the same phone holds battery life and still function's as normal. Greatest decision I ever made. #Black Friday
