Shocking service Empty promises Ordered items only to be told AFTERWARDS that one of the items was out of stock I asked for a credit. Received package. One shoe broken. Advised immediately. Shoes collected and returned on 15 November. The agreement was that I would be sent a replacement item in lieu of the shoes and the capri pants that were out of stock 10 days later..... sent emails EVERYDAY NO RESPONSE
I ordered a Sealy Cool Gel pillow from Beds Direct on the 17th, expecting delivery by Wednesday or Thursday. It was in fact delivered the next day much to my pleasant surprise Thank you for awesome service
We decided to go the solar route, and got various quotations and options. Pieter Dorfling and his team from Evoltz Electrical were professional, knowledegable and their service from start to end was simply impeccable. If I could, I would award many more stars! Our fibre cable was cut by vandals and I reported it this morning when I noticed the cable had been ripped from the wall. Being Saturday, I wasn't expecting any action to be taken until at least Monday. The team pitched up at our complex at around 3. They just left at 21:15 That is service. That is dedication. I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service we received. Going above and beyond any expectations! You guys are amazing
<p>I had my house done by Wondercoat. Long story short - they quoted to replace a few tiles on my balcony and waterproof same, The tiling has not been completed despite numerous promises. (It's a tiny piece of tile which will cost me R3 000,00 to complete because I will have to get in private contractors) They won't give me my warranty until I pay the the R2 500,00 which was agreed would be retained until they complete the job. They also do not respond to any form of communication. Perhaps a lawyer's letter will wake the up.</p>
Second time I receive rotten or tampered with products In effect, they take forever to credit your account. Then you need to go to the store yourself to replace the product in question. I won't ever make use of them again.
If I could give less than one star, I would Ordered two pairs of slippers on 4 May. No mention made of delayed delivery To date, no response to numerous emails sent I want my money back! And you should close your online service Pathetic is putting it mildly
The driver unloaded my purchases in the driveway and I wasn't given the opportunity to check my purchases before he left. Upon unpacking I realized that my order of 36 eggs wasn't included. I advised OneCart immediately. I received a standard email response... followed up frequently and still no refund of almost R79. However... they did debit my account with an additional R57 for replacement items. Disgusting. No ethics.
