Awful service
Completely awful service. Internet out for 4 days and when I ask them to give me a timeline to fix it, I am told “we don’t know”. How on earth this company is still in business is mind boggling.

Great service (pity it doesn’t run in the family)
Brilliant. Gerrie is professional and on time. Best service ever. So happy with the installation and service. Unfortunately he referred me to his brother in law (Johan) for other solar work which was a total flop and cost me thousands. Please use Gerrie only and not Johan. Johan (Solux - 1 star in Hellopeter) will soon be facing legal action so please beware. Only use Gerrie’s services and you won’t be disappointed.

Liars and Cheats : Fake Company
Completely fooled by Gym Company. When there is loadshedding the entire Gym is closed. No option to train whasoever. Then they tell me I must pay the full amount and can't cancel my contract. I tried to make a deal with them, but they refuse. THIS IS NOT A GYM, IT'S LITERALLY JUST A PLOY TO GET YOU INTO A CONTRACT WHICH YOU WON'T USE/CAN'T USE.

Refund immediately please
So I ordered @ 12 only to be told @ 4:30 that they have no drivers. You know I could have gone to the shops or ordered somewhere else. You completely wasted my time. But alas, I finally get a call but the person who spoke to me needs a lesson in client service. Anyway, can you please refund me immediately? The refund was not processed and I expect it to happen immediately. Don’t see any reason for a delay. I’ve deleted the app so won’t bother you again, so let’s just get this done please and forget about all of this? No need to make this a big thing. Thanks

Absa Home Loan Mess
Please can Absa Home loans contact me as soon as possible? I have been trying to do an application for the substitution of debtor for a month now and no-one can help me. This is completely unacceptable and I can't be patient anymore. Appalling service. Please will you immediately contact me with a knowledgeable person who can assist?

Pathetic and lame
I did a sim swap today and Vodacom tells me that the order was never submitted and that Sandton is not answering their phones. They also tell me that there is nothing they can do! What now? No service? I don't get it?
