I was reluctant to go into PNP Greenstone yesterday as I know I am going to have a bad experience, I went in anyway with a positive open mind and yes my fears came true no assistance at the TV HI fi section - I eventually found a security lady who assisted me , I wanted to pay low and behold no cashier available, so I walked to the top of the store to the Kiosk as the 3 tellers at a Hyper were busy !!! The kiosk had a customer chatting to the 2 cashiers after waiting about 4. Minutes I kindly asked for assistance , I was told “ can’t you see we busy” I said yes but there are two of you and there’s a additional till - no response- so never ever ever will I go into a PNP again …

Contacted Outsurance this morning to request a a premium reduction, Within 5 Minutes my premium was reduced - a saving of R100 - being a pensioner this is wonderful!! Thank you Outsurance
In the past the owner Dave would be most helpf-full in loaning a bin to put goods in to bring back and sell, today at approx 10:30 am I went into the store to ask for a bin to put items in, I asked David of he could assist with a bin ? his reply was" I will have to see if we have any " and told me to "wait he was busy with something" 15 min later I approached him to please check as i have been waiting a long tome his response was ' I TOLD YOU WHEN I AM FINISHED WITH WHAT I AM DOING" my response was I have been waiting for 15min my suggestion was to please just have a look if there was one maybe there was none and I would have wasted my time as I had no communication from him - Totally rude and out of line - its unfortunate myself and my husband who really spent a lot and sold a lot will NOT be retuning to that Outlet, we will also inform all our contacts on social media in our community to rather shop else where ... This person is sabotaging your business.....

I am not sure what is happening with Takealot, the bad service doesn’t end!!! My first one ordered Ram for a computer I received a blond wig??? I ordered a front and back cover for my phone this time I opened the package in front of the take a lot assistant at Medowdale Bedfordview , parts were missing, I phoned Takealot directly they agreed to replace it to the pick up point, surprise surprise my order is ready but the pick up point is Lambton Germiston!!!! How is it possible to get this so wrong 4 times in a row, being a pensioner it cost me every time Take a lot make a mistake…. Cannot wait for Amazon but will support bid or buy from now on… never ever again .. shame Take a lot
Went into Motus Toyota Bedfordview Monday 31st July to order a left hand sun visor passenger side, I was assured I would receive it in one day, Thursday 4th August I received a call to collect which I did, on returning home to fit it I noticed it was for the driver side??? seriously !!! 5 star service " not so sure" the inconvenience of it all, unfortunately in any business this kind of "attention to detail " starts at the top ... Please take care of your customers....
I was running to pick up my Granddaughters dummy, and was instructed not to run by the security... when I questioned this he said its house rules...where are the rules published no " no running signes anywhere " not acceptable my 4 year old cannot run ...I will not be shopping at this mall anymore..and I'll inform all my friends and family to shop elsewhere..

I was very disappointed in having been informed I had to go into my bank to send POP before they would do anything, as a pensioner it was quite difficult making this trip, I really thought in this day and age and IT technology sending POP via my Phone app would suffice .. very very disappointed ..
