Albany infused bread does it again
Opened a loaf of albany bread on the morning of September 01st 2025, the first slice embedded with a semi hard substance that had signs of mold on it.. As a mom of three making lunches weekly and for my husband, this was extremely disgusting and disappointing, I could have fed this to my family which is not fair. As a large company albany does not take this matter seriously, they take forever to respond and the only feedback I got is asking me for my address and where I purchased the bread when I've submitted clear proof this hard like mouldy substance is baked with the bread and embedded in. I've also reported to the department of health and safety and got no response which makes me believe matters like these get swept under a rug or silenced. I do not want a voucher or compensation but I want this specimen tested and I want to know what was in the bread my family's health could have been compromised with? I want answers.

Kfc trade route lenasia no care no feedback.
Ordered KFC in April order number 111467. Order for delivery from KFC trade route mall Lenasia. The order was given to and Uber driver however I ordered directly through kfc. My order was ****** by the driver and payment was reversed into my account. I was very disappointed waiting for food to arrive and just having the payment reversed without any apology or explanation. I've submitted complaints directly to kfc twice since then with no feedback. For a big company like KFC to allow this, it's not acceptable nor very ethical. I was hungry and expected food to be delivered. Up until today there is no response from them and the sad thing is they will allow these delivery guys to continue accepting orders. And perhaps *****ing others food and thinking reversing payment into customer account is just fixing the mess.

Low fees for an awesome bank
I've had a TymeBank account for some time now, it was really easy to collect a card in 5 minutes without other paper work. They basically ask for your ID number and your cell number. You register your fingerprints at the kiosk and it's quite simple steps before you have a card. However I could not print a card until I had deposited my first transaction. Maybe this is their way of saving on plastic as many people would just pick up cards with their names printed on it in vein especially kids. So that's clever that the card is only dispatched if money is loaded into account. Fees are extremely low which is awesome. Pick and pay double smart shopper points earned through till purchases and BP fuel. That's cash back. Transfers are really easy, Salary comes in quick through other banks. Cash an be withdrawn from all atms. Again fees are low. Only R2 if withdrawals are made at boxer tills or pick and pay. Sending money through the above outlets, also cheap. The problem is not being able to send instant money to someone who doesn't have a TymeBank account. They would have to withdraw at pick and pay or boxer. The app is simple and accessible, I use my TymeBank card with ease at almost all shops, takealot, etc. I've never had issues with them being fraudulent. The fact that they are associated with pick and pay and many many other organizationsakes them trustworthy and makes using my money more smartly. They offer moretyme which I haven't been able to access via the app, allows to pay for your goods in installments without interest. I can create goal saves and earn money for saving in different accounts. Customer service is quick and good however I requested proof of payment in Dec 2022 for 2 transactions and only received one, the person who was assisting me was abit synical obviously failed to listen carefully seemed like me wanted to be the one talking. And once made a payment for something that was not delivered and realized it was fraud so I requested TymeBank to reverse that payment and they couldn't. Overall it's an awesome more current bank, moving forward with the trend.

Law abiding South African treated like a robot thanks Superbets
Trying to fica my account is a nightmare, I have forwarded all my personal documents via a whatspp number provided, to be told there are serious discrepancies found and I should visit a branch futher for identification. They take my money when I deposit direct from my account but when it comes paying me back whats due to me.. They are inconsiderate as there are no branches in the area and I would have to travel out, what about the cost of this? When I try corresponding with them they act like robots in their responses and treat me like I'm one too. Sending me the same absurd discrepancy message like I didn't get it the first time. Really disappointing. Just want my winnings!

Lots of love for Ingrams Tisue Oil Cream
I cannot add 10 stars but Ingrams Tissue oil cream with argan oil deserves a 100 stars. I have been using this cream from 2016/2017 around the time it was released, its magical. I have used the best and most reputable brands of lotions and body creams, nothing comes close to our local Ingrams tissue oil from Tiger brands. It's worth every cent and the best moisturizer during the dry winter in Joburg. I use it from head to toe and need nothing else. It does not only work on the surface, but moisturizes deep within for days. The effects are astounding, I have had stretch marks from my teenage years which have completely faded since in the last 4/5 years. I've had specialized tissue oils which I used for longer than this and have not had this lasting effect. I have had uneven skin tone, and since using Ingrams tissue oil cream, I have clear, firm and silky smooth skin. I use this on my face and I have healthy glowing skin. After using chemicals to clean, I use this on my hands and find instant visible repair. And when it comes to dry cracked heels, it is better than anything, no wasting money on foot balms etc. I used this on my babies and found I didn't need baby lotions at all. It was safe and mild enough, they never had reactions, if anything when they use anything else I find my little ones with cracked cheeks. This is the best family body cream and has the best repairing qualities I've ever seen and felt. Please keep up the good work and don't change this formula. Thank you for a truly valuable product.
