This company just refuses to send me my settlement balance. I have asked them for a discount is finalising my account but no answer as yet.
I have asked on 3 occassions for a settlement amount and was told they would email it to me. I asked for a discount as I have a certain amount available. I am still waiting for an answer.
Telkom is the worst. I cancelled my contract a month ago and ever since that day they have been throttling my network coverage. My internet slows down or is non existent during most of the day but especially from 5pm. Connected without internet is the message received repeatedly. I'm glad I have cancelled. Goodbye

On 6 July 2024 I placed and paid for an order. On 2 August I enquired about no delivery of goods. The email stated waiting for suppliers. I will receive my goods by the end of that week. It's 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting. 1 and a half months later, no response to queries, no communication unless from you, etc. Well, Takealot will get my business onwards.
I recently bought a wedding gift from HiFi corporation online. According to their courier company, Skynet, the product was delivered on Tuesday 26 March 2024. I did not receive or sign fir any product. I sent HiFi corporation an email and contacted them via their WhatsApp number but to date no answer from them. This is bad business practice and will teach me to rather purchase from Takealot in the future

My biggest mistake was buying online from clicks. It's day 6 and am still waiting for my purchase to arrive at my designated store. Whenever I buy from PnP or Woolies I receive my purchase the next day. Never again will I waste my time with clicks online. Why have a store filled with products but online buyers must wait for the products to be dispatched from the warehouse somewhere in Gauteng? Stupidity.
