If I could give them 0 stars I would. They send wrong products then expect you to use your money to return to store because when you call, the answer then leave speaking to yourself. They refuse to reimburse my money I used to return the product which had issues. Don’t buy from them.
I ordered items from them, they first delivered the wrong item now they are struggling to refund me expecting me to use my money to come to the store so they can assist with the refund. Second item delivered had a tag from store when I complain, I’m told to come to the store for a mistake I didn’t make the I am kept on the phone for minutes without any help. Your stuff is ***********. Avoid them at all costs
Don’t use their services. They gaslight and threaten customers when they fail to fulfil the service. The delivery guy told me if I don’t accept my order for the following day he’s returning my order to Makro

If I could give them 0 I would. First it was a fridge which is 3 months currently but the water dispenser was leaking and them sending an old water dispenser. Now the microwave just died and I’m expected to bring it in. Your appliances are ****. Wouldn’t recommend them.

The worst shop ever. Don’t buy from them. They are useless. I ordered a few items from them. They delivered a wrong item. I’ve been waiting for them to fix this issues for more than 10 days. Their employees hang up the phone when you call and complain. If I could give them zero I would. They don’t even deserve that 1 star. Pay my delivery and item money back and come collect the **** you delivered.
Whatever you do, don’t buy from this lady. I purchased a Jumpdress on the 27th of August 2021, followed up in September about my orders she gave me stories about delays. How can the be a delay when you said M is available. I eventually laid a dispute with my bank provided proof. That’s when she decided to pay me back lol 😂 she’s a thief don’t trust her. Was fortunate enough to get my money back. She ONLY delivers to influencers. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid
DO NOT book a table at KREAM MALL OF AFRICA. Booked a table for my birthday, my friends had ordered starters and one of the employee told the the waitress assisting us not to give us bread meanwhile other tables were given bread, the service was slow. We had to wait for our food, drinks were worse. I have never ever been treated like that. It is evident one is judged upon arrival if you will be spending or not and treated badly if they think you don’t have money and won’t be spending. STAY AWAY FROM KREAM at MALL OF AFRICA.
I’d recommend the shop. Excellent service quick response. Received my delivery earlier than expected
