There has been fraudulent activity on my Nedbank Cheque account which has resulted in bank charges to the value of R560. It has taken Nedbank Century City more than 1 week to get this rectified and authorised by the Branch Manager. I reversed and stopped the unauthorised debit orders and was instructed to close my account and open a new account once the charges were reversed. because Nedbank failed to help me get this sorted in a decent SLA, the fraudsters debited my account once again this morning which will result in further charges on my account. What am I supposed to do NOW???? I am absolutely ****ed off with the pathetic service I have recieved from Nedbank. I WANT THIS FIXED PLEASE!!!!
WHY IS THERE A MARK ON MY ITC SHOWING THAT I OWE R202 WHEN I CLEARLY REQUESTED THAT MY POLICY BE CANCELLED????????? Someone please call me to get this resolved because I've just about had enough.
Please!!! EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE AWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS!!! Back in 2016 I was sold a contract and based on a FAKE promise that I would get a phone for free after 6 months. Needless to say, this never happened. I requested the cancellation of this contact that was sold to me based on false promises and was advised that the contract would be cancelled. 3 Years later, I see a negative mark on my ITC!!!!! They never cancelled the damn contract as they said they would!!!! I am now involving my lawyers in this matter to get my name cleared and to sue for damages. My calls are recorded for quality purposes too. Blatantly fraudulent and absolutely zero ****s given about the customer. STAY AWAY FROM BIGWORLD MOBILE!!!
Why does showmax debit accounts daily?? my bank account is negative R350 because Showmax decided to debit every single day and on the 14th twice!!!!! Absolute joke.... Netflx has never ever billed me incorrectly.... I guess thats why Showmax is losing so much business to Netflix.
My Old Mutual Money account app is not working. I have logged this ticket before to no avail. Because my app wont work, I am unable to deposit funds into my account. Am I going to have to close this account and move to a proper bank to get a result? I mean you guys are shooting yourselves in the foot now... really terrible..
I am a new customer with Nedbank. I am pleased with the service I received thus far. Firstly there were two gentlemen at the Century City branch that were of great help with me opening my account. Chad and Zaahir Osman (Sorry I forgot Chad's Surname) were fantastic in assisting me. Thank you! Then when I collected my card at the branch, they forgot to activate my SMS authorization. A great young lady in the NedBank call center took ownership and had everything resolved for me within a great SLA of less than 5 hrs. Great Stuff!! This made the fact that they forgot to activate it in the beginning seem insignificant. Then I applied online for MyPocket savings accounts and it was sorted the very next day. So far so good NedBan**** Keep up the great work and service :) So glad to put my Old Mutual money Account problems behind me and build a relationship with a real bank!
Why do debit order disputes take so long with Old Mutual Money Account? Other banks you are able to process immediately but Old Mutual Money takes forever. Logged my dispute on the 30th and still no result? This the last straw... Once this is resolved I will be moving to a different bank... A real bank! Horrible Service!!!
CCD supposed to deliver an Afrihost LTE sim card to me today. I get a call from CCD this morning at 09H55 saying that the driver was outside my office. I proceed outside with my RICA docs etc and there is no driver or delivery vehicle to be found. I tried to call back to CCD but they were suddenly unable to contact the driver. It has now passed the said delivery time and I still have no delivery. CCD is by far the worst courier company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am still waiting for a callback...
Purchased what is known as a Telkom Free Me Boost bundle. The bundle costs R69. The bundle is supposed to work without any other data (Whatsapp to work independently without normal data) As of today, my Free Me Boost Bundle is no longer working. I called the call center and was told to purchase normal data so that the free me bundle would work????? This makes no sense to me... The agent said that there was a problem with the bundle and that they are unable to assist me until the technicians sort out the issue. i then requested that i be credited with Data until the issue is resolved. The agent (Patrick) was of absolutely no help and was terribly rude. I am a Training Specialist and I have never in my life experienced such horrendous service. Now im sitting without data connectivity and apparently its my problem (As per Patrick the CC agent)... Im am extremely disappointed at the service i have and still am receiving from Telkom. I would like to be credited for my useless bundle that i purchased and i would like to be credited for the inconvenience caused. It is such a shame that this is the standard of service delivery that we South Africans are just forced to deal with.
