Charged items paid fee unfairly
i was charged hournering fee of R125 while my account had money in it.. FNB is croocks the team of bankers (chinabe Mathebula) refused to look into my case. been with this bank for 8 years never seen such poor service in my life

worst car insurance and their panelbeaters are croocks
I was involved in an accident in April, dial direct sent my car to plantinum auto panelbeater in polokwane who now is full of story, they damaged my car even worse, they say they are failing to fix the car after they stripped it and stole most of the parts, now my insurer (dial direct) refuse to get involved, i have laid complaints after complaints now i am left with no car and no one wants to take responsibility

Disappointing in the service from dstv
i disconected my PRV functionality in march but the still charged me for this service even though they were off, i have called multiple times to get this amount reversed but even today is not reversed. i spent lot of airtime calling not assistance, either they put you on hold for 30 minutes till you. last consultant i talked to nobantu gana was very rude and just hanged up
