Thabo Mo***eng, you are part of the reason, the final straw and why we have decided to cancel. Your poor client service is I'm sure why alot of people will cancel. You could not even speak English, why put a person in a position, to speak to clients when the already irate & irritated & he doesn't understand English. Wish I could give Vox ZERO Stars. If you want a Internet provider, understand you will get dropped internet ALL THE TIME. NO STABLE INTERNET! Even if you pay over R1300 There is no credit to your account if your service is down. You pay for no connection, even if its few day.
Please Do Not Sign up with Absa Life. We have been trying to get out policy updated. No one is there to help. Tried goingvin to the office & got treated with no respect, they were rude & told me to download forms myself. Unheard of.
Excruciating & painful to deal with staff who clearly have NO INTEREST in helping. These policies are useless. Please dont waste your time with this company. Rather go with a well known customer friendly South African company. I was absolutely blown away with the professionalism of Sean in the Cape Town branch. I called in to enquire about the services they offer in the Cape Town branch and how they can help with my hair loss problem. He was very enthusiastic & knowledgeable about his products. I can not wait to take a trip down to CT to see his team & him in person. Well done for being such an ambassador for your company young man. You carry there name high.
Frogfoot & Vox down again, every day we have had connections down hours on end. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER. NO CREDITS PAST, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS. YOU MUST JUST KEEP PAYING FOR A CONNECTION THAT IS DOWN MOST OF THE DAY. NO WORK CAN GET DOWN LIKE THIS.
Our FROGFOOT FIBRE LINE IS CONSTANTLY DROPPING. WE PAYING VOX OVER A R1200 per month for services that have NO CONSTANT RELIABLE SERVICE. OUR Business & home suffers. NO CREDITS PASSED OR APOLOGIES.
Ive called Numerous times to remove my Audi A3 from my policy as I sold it in 2022! I have been paying every month & still no one bothers to remove my SOLD CAR FROM MY POLICY. Ive spoken to supervisors that promised to follow up & make sure I recieve a credit & the vehicle removed from my policy. But still vehicle stays on my policy..
Vox Internet has been down since yesterday. No explanations, not answering any phone calls. No technical support explaining why we have no internet. We have constantly got drop in signals, have reported now for months our line is not stable, no one comes back, they just say there side it looks stable. Never had this issue witg previous provider. Im paying over R1000 for internet, we dont get any credit passed as good gesture when the internet is down. Time to MIVE to a more STABLE Internet infrastructure. FROGFOOT & VOX Terribly frustrating!
