I recently purchased ****in mix from local shop and it had something growing in it. I took it back to the store and got a new pack with the same issue the item has not expired and was not damaged in any way. I have contacted golden cloud. Been waiting for weeks for a response. Please can someone assist me
I have done an order on the 9th of June and till today I have not received my order. I reached out for assistance and all they say is that I will received delivery later today. It's the same answer I received everyday. Please can I have some assistance with clarity.
I have been a subscriber to the premium bouquet for over 30 years. I am now a pensioner so I decided to downgrade my bouquet because myself and my wife travel more. Now when I decide to watch dstv there are errors codes and I have been call multichoice and installers but they play the blame game. I even tool my decoder to the multichoice offices and they told me that there is nothing wrong with my decoder. My dstv premium fluctuate im being charged for things which I didn't request . Please assist me because I'm getting myself into debt holding the line for hours and exhausting mu phone bill. I cant watch anything because they can't fix the error its been 2 weeks and dstv will still charge me for the whole month even though there is an error. Please assit me
I have been a client of OUTsurance for over ten years claim free. The first time I tried to claim was 2021 when it was the floods and the roads to my shop was damaged and I was declined. I didn't have an issue because they say the was available access within a 20km radius. Now I have a claim which was an accident and they want me to provide a whole run-down of the incident and keep asking for documentation that I dont have. OUTsurance never want you to claim and all they do is take premiums. They are not truthful and they keep making excuses not to pay you for a claim.
I have purchased a hisense fridge in 2018 and now I an issue with the display. I contacted numerous companies to source the product and repair my fridge unfortunately they say the product is obsolete. I don't understand how an expensive product doesn't have any after sales on parts. Please advise
I am a policy holder for more than 9 years. I never claimed and with the recent floods I had no way of getting to my business for a week because the roads were damaged. When I decided to do a claim its rejected with the outcome that OUTsurance claims there were ways to access my business. I cant understand how they know the possible routes but we couldn't access them. The road from my home to work was was damaged we couldn't leave to get the essentials we needed. I even sent photos showing the damaged roads which were eventually repaired buy the residents of the area. I will never recommend OUTsurance to anyone they give you false hope. Any entity can use words and fancy adverts which cost a fortune. Action speak louder.
As we know Natal had a flood 3 weeks ago. We are having water interruption, no electricity and our roads and bridges has been compromised therefore i have been losing business. My business has been insured with OUTsurance for 9 years with out any claims and I have never missed a premium. When I decided to claim for business interruption they give me the run around like I have not been affected. Why is it such a hassle to claim but when we take a policy you make us feel as if it is so easy to claim, even those adverts they make you believe its so simple. Why is it such a hassle? Live up to what you advertise and make peoples life easy. Have you heard of actions speak louder?
I tool a scratch and dent policy with budget and all my premiums are up to date. I did a claim and sent relevant photos two weeks ago with no feedback. I today to hear endless excuses and its frustrating cause the person who is consulting didn't even try to help. I called for the second time and was put on hold for more than half an hour without a response, what kind of business does budget run? Don't sell a product if you can't back it up and don't lie to people. I have never made a claim and its my first so I don't understand what's the hassle.
I recently open an account and was offered for my card to be delivered for a fee which is convenient. The courier company being used is hopeless I' have been notified 3 times on 3 different days that there is a delay and its always been at the last minute. I can lay a complaint directly to the courier company but they seem very unprofessional so it would be a waste of time. Please liase would competent businesses.
I changed over to miway their consultants are sweet talkers and he gave me a better premium with the assurance that my netstar premium is covered on my insurance premium. Netstar contacted me saying that my insurer no more covers the premium and now I'm paying more than what I was initially paying. Miway please be honest to your clients!
