Failure to Cancel Policy
Please note, that canceling a policy with them is by now means easy.

The worst
App is not user friendly. Very slow response time when contacting customer service. One employee sounded like he was still in bed. Being transferred from one person to another like it's "pass the parcel".

ABSAlutely Useless
ABSA Bank deserves no stars. They happily take your money every month, but when it comes to providing customer service they are absolutely useless. All you'll get is excuses. Wish I never opened an account with them.

Deteriorating
This service is getting worse by the day. Drivers are delivering more than one order at a time which makes it take much longer. And apparently it takes more than half an hour to prepare 2 McFlurries. Orders are also often wrong. Disappointing.

Item reviews are Important
If you asked me 2 years ago, I would not have rated it so highly, but once you figure out the importance of reviews and checking measurements for each item, it truly is a gem. Pretty much the only place I buy clothing from now. It is reliable, easy to use and has the biggest variety you'll ever find.

Terrible Service
If only zero stars were an option. Experienced the most horrific service today. Delay after delay. No communication, even though I'm charged an extra amountfor updates. Staff have a serious attitude instead of being apologetic for the terrible service and waste of time. A gent named Michael was the only staff member that has an understanding of customer service.

A Treat
Love this store. Recently changed owners, and still great. Heads up, you might leave with more that you intended...because there's just so many fun things. Sometimes low on stock, but it seems to be more of a supplier issue.

Two weeks later and still no food
Will never order from Pet Heaven again. Still have not received the dog food I ordered 2 weeks ago. I should have read the reviews before hand because clearly everyone agrees that they are completely useless.

Completely unreliable
Completely unreliable. Two people canceling in less than 12 hours. Last one canceled less than an hour before having to arrive. SweepSouth making very little effort to replace the person as quickly as possible. No regard for other's time.
