When purchasing an item it says 1-2 days, when you checkout its 2-3 days. So which is it? Ordered online and informed at 8.34am it would be delivered today; now its 17.00 and no delivery so I basically wasted the whole day waiting for it to not be delivered. You have to do better. Not a great experience.
First and Last time ordering. Ordered 2 items on 16th June, 2 hours before delivery on 17th they say 1 item not available and I must wait 7-14 days for a refund. They didn't wait that long to take the money. Won't be using them again.
First off - Excellent store products and concept. Bought on Sunday, top was too small so went to exchange on Monday - person who handles exchanges was nowhere to be seen. Waited 15 minutes still missing. So i bought another top in the right size. Went today to Cresta to return the other top, no can't do it have to go to Rosebank where the original purchase was done. Such a waste of everyone's time. Not impressed with service, especially returns.
I've been trying to get a hold of a person at Nedbank Cresta' I emailed-no response; I phoned the landline-not available; I phoned their cellphone-not available; I called the the number on google-doesn't exist; I called the Call Centre who can't help me. I have to go to the bank, physically, to sort out the issue. Nedbank-you need to do better. Good job I've only been with them for 40 years, imagine if I was a new customer.
Tried to complete an application, couldn't get past the first page. Kept asking for me to enter my surname, really didn't like my surname. Contacted them and you have to use Edge or Firefox, wher does it say that on their homepage? Still didn't like my surname even in Edge. I give up. This company only survives because you don't have a choice. Terrible organisation.
They will milk you dry with promises of it being the last amount payable, and they've submitted the application. Next month they ask for more money. If they can't give you a cost up front you are going to PAY forever on their promises. Such a scam.
Ordered from this site in August. Their site no longer exists so I guess that's another one thats' ripped me off. When will I learn. Be careful out there people lot of scam artists after your cash.
No support, can't login as I keep being told to contact support - who are missing in action. Shyft is not for everyone so I'll be looking for something else to satisfy my money needs.
Bought a clutch master cylinder, took a few days to receive as no one keeps you informed. Tried to fit the part what a nightmare. After hours of battling I established that the cylinder wasn't priming and drawing air. Terrible product, don't hold out much hope of a replacement part. Good job I can repair the old cylinder. Never again.
At the moment I don't know if this is a scam, what I do know is they don't answer emails or the telephone. I ordered my part last week and just can't get through to them. I'm at the stage now where I'll have to source from elsewhere as I can't wait forever I need to fix my car. I'm weighing up my options.
