Clueless and Poor customer service
I am without fibre connectivity since wednesday and when i call, i am told that they are still investigating for the past 3 days. Over the past days i have spoken to Reece, Sandy, Gershom, Siphesihle and all of them are just clueless about what the problem is despite making several follow up. They keep promising to resolve the problem but do nothing to help

I had very little faith in the name and boy was i so wrong. I bought a G4FC engine from Africaboyz, what a perfect 🤩 selling and buying experience. It was my first time 🕰️ buying from them online after having seen their adverti*****ts over the past 5 years. I ordered on Monday and the delivery was in my doorstep following morning on Tuesday. Speak about same day delivery. Thanks to Luh the sales assistant who was so understanding and assuring. Thanks Africaboys. The engine has been installed and is working perfectly and smoothly. Car working at optimal levels like from the initial buying days. I have referred my friends and family Thank you Africaboyz. Keep giving excellent service like you did to me. I will be buying more engines

Unfresh Rib Eye
I have previously been to the Godfather Restaurant in January 2024, however today i ordered take away rib eye. On arrival at home, i discovered that the steak smelled off and i immediately discarded it. I am so disappointed ☹️

JDB Law is a harrassment agency purporting to be collecting debt. There is a ****** lady by the name of Bonita who is utterly ****** and will rob you. She will deliberately say that you havent paid a certain creditor. When you try to escalate, you are told to speak to Justin. They are a very ****** organisation

Daylight Robbery with Invalid Cinecentre Vouchers
I bought 5 x 3D cinevouchers last year December and when i arrived at Cinecentre, these were not working and declared invalid by Cinecentre staff. I proceeded to request Altech Netstar go to refund me in December, its now February and i have not been refunded my money and i am made to hold endlessly while my emails are not responded to. Netstar Go is a scam and they dont even want to cancel their useless membership.

Poor service for unit maintenance by the scheduling department
I have been calling Cartrack to arrange for unit maintenance but i never get assistance. You hold on the phone forever until it drops. Emails are not being responded to. I have even escalated to the CEO and havent received feedback. Since the unit is not functioning and they are not arranging maintenance, who will be liable should the vehicle disappear?

Account Closure Taking Forever
I settled my account 3 weeks ago and they are still keeping it open indefinetely despite several attempts and calls requesting that this account be closed as i have paid the settlement amount as per the settlement quote. Standard Bank will make you hold for 30 minutes and than the ill trained consultants will drop the phone intentionally.
