ARROGANT CHILDISH LYING INEFFECTIVE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY I strongly recommend AGAINST purchasing & using any DEFY appliances. My experience is that you will get **** to and treated like a major nuisance when you try to replace any simple parts. Especially by the branch in East London!!!! The manager there is an apathetic, arrogant childish & completely ineffective excuse of a salalry drain. Who has no concept of what a customer is let alone how to even speak nor treat them. After their quote 7 -10 days working days, they change their story to 10-15 days & say You are lying about their quote timeline. Then after 17 days & your demand for your money back, suddenly they have received "the wrong part". Hello, it's just a microwave plate which you sent photos of the microwave model plate & of the plate itself. It is impossible to get it so wrong unless you are a complete *****. You requests for feedback are ignored, your requests to speak to the regional manager Corney are ignored Your emails to DEFY customers services get ignored. The manager harasses you with ridiculous phone calls "to record you" when you demand your money back. They take almost a full week to pay back some of your money. They short pay the refund, so the balance is ****** by them. This company is as customer oriented as a hibernating toad in a bog

Eskom executives are lying again to say the increase is 15 cents. The reality is that those of us that got the 100 units are now paying more than double. They are lying that the increase is to R1.69 per unit: They dont even have the pruie right. You do not have a choice in paying VAT or not so your cost paid to ESKOM is R1.997. Secondly the closer you are to buying 100 units per month the closer the increase is to 100% FACTUAL FIGURES on my bill this month 1 st June 2022: 347 units cost= R 450 1 July 2022: 347 units cost R1.9976 = R 747.1903 - Increase = R 297.103475 = 66% increase increase.😡😡😡
I bought a Canon photo printer in January and their ink cartridge & paper pack. This first pack only printed 10 out of the 36 photos before jamming and becoming faulty. I contacted Canon to request that they replace the cartridge. The email is titled that tge Cartridge is FAULTY not the printer. The help desk support person Delano Jentison responds back for information on the printer, I respond. Then again this "genius" asks for more info on the printer, again I respond Then I get a msg that they are closing the ticket for lack of response. I send the info again. Again this person suddenly says I must take the printer to where I bought it. I responded that he still didnt understand the difference between a faulty printer and a faulty cartridge. He did absolutely NOYHING to address the actual problem. I wanted the issue escalated to his management. All the response that I get is to go back to the shop or that the ticket is being closed. Thus is blatant discrimination against me as a woman and end-consumer. I have submitted multiple requests to the other help desks and information to be pur in contact with the HR department. Again NOTHING. They don't even provide ANY escalation contact details nor HR contacts so their staff like Delano Jentison just get away with their complete lack of any comprehension of the Canon products nor dealing with customers So they are getting paid for doing NOTHING. If I was a company they would do something about resolving the problem BUT no not CanonSA they just want to take our money and supply faulty goods. Customer service they have NO concept of what that even means
Marsala Marasala I can only sing your praises. I don't even like the smell of normal curries & chillies. BUT your combination of spices and balanced sauces In a MASSIVE fan. Service us fast, friendly and efficient. Keep it up as you are one of the few restaurants I consider worth while spending good money at.

We paid our account in full on 6th June. AND after many phone calls and emails these people still gave NOT allocated the money to our account. They send termination notices they also lock up our electricity meter. They are so eager to f**k up a persons life but too incompetent to allocate a payment. The President said that people who cannot do the job must be replaced so FIRE the ****** lot of them and get people who know what they are doing.
