I am currently having a very difficult time having a my wifi reconnected. I am taking from pillar to post. I keep answering the same questions, the agents take forever to respond to the WhatsApp chat line. I hate Web africa

If there was an option for 0 Stars- I would have dated WebAfrica Zero stars. I recently had fibre installed in my unit... They were Very quick to debit their premium for activation fee... The router was delivered, which has NEVER worked to date. Metro fibre came to activate the fibre, which they did... However since Monday, we have been sitting without excess to internet. There's no no customer support line, you mostly rely in WhatsApp. They take 2 to 3 days for an agent to pick up your request, and they try and assist you via WhatsApp. I was told to reboot the router, which I did... Multiple times... But we still don't have access to internet. I asked them to dispatch a technician to come and take a look... They gave me a Loooonngg method to try to do a manual set up, which I am unable to understand nor comprehend. I am VERY Angry, not to mention disappointed with thr e service I am receiving from Web Africa
I am extremely disappointed at thr service my family and I are receiving from FDP Administration services. We have been struggling since early 2034 to wind up my late mothers estate. Emails go un-answered, empty promises, no updates...
I am having challenges with Pharmacy Direct yet again. I submitted my new prescription on Monday, I called in and k was promised that my medication would be dispatched... I am still waiting. I HATE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
I am very upset, not to mention disappointed at the service I received at the KFC branches in the North of Pretoria. I drove to 3 different KFC's, Wonderpark, Nina Park and Pretoria North. I wanted to buy the choc brownie ice cream. And at al 3 branches, I was told either the ice. Ream machine isn't working, then I was told that the choc brownie ice cream isn't on the system, the at the last KFC branch, I was told that the ice. Ream wasn't delivered... I am upset and disappointed... Do better
Pharmacy Direct is the Worst service provider out there. They gamble with people's lives. They handling chronic medication, but have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I hate dealing with them.
@ Cell C. This is thr 4th review I'm writing on Hello Peter, you guys still haven't fixed your network. A month and half later, network is STILL giving me problems, I cannot connect. I am working remotely, and Im finding it impossible to complete my tasks because I'm constantly having network issues. I have to wake up in the am's because that's the only time my phone seems to have network. I'm getting complaints and warnings at work because I simply cannot complete daily tasks, all because of network. I received a call from someone at head office and I was advised that I need to buy a new sim card and do a sim swop, "hopefully" that will aliviate the problem. Buying a new sim card means I have to take time out of my life, to go and get a proof of residence, another inconvenient on Cell C's part. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the service I am receiving from Cell C, that time I am on a 24 month contract. I keep getting excuses, and empty promises. I have been with Cell C since 2018 and this is literally the first time I am experiencing such problems. I feel as a loyal customer my concerns shoiyls be addressed and I should revive some sort of compensation for thr inconvenience I have been experiencing for the last month and half. If I was on preoaid, I would have left a long time ago. This is thr hight of incompetence.
